Uptown Oasis San Jose Airport

Everybody was very nice and welcome

Outstanding place! The pool and spa in the middle of the whole place are great. There is a cool lounge and restaurant also included with the place, breakfast buffet $15- can't beat it. Open at 6am too! Staff is great, very professional and know what the hell they are doing. I recommend to anyone just trying to get away and chill for a day or two...

They spent a lot of money on the looks of the hotel outside, lobby, bar and restaurant but the rooms are comparable to a 3 star hotel. Outlets are far away and very few, air conditioner doesn’t do the job, tub slow to drain, and piles and piles of trash at waist basket outside my door. The $15 breakfast is comparable to a free one at less expensive hotels. They should have invested in the room upgrades

Doors use electronic key cards but they only work briefly, then you have to get them fixed in the reception. Had to do this million times.

It was exceptionally hard to find the room in the first place. I was backed by the exit. I asked the staff numerous times to help me and they were too busy to do anything about it. And the rooms next to me had nobody in them but they decided to have people above me that partied all night and I got no rest. I went to the front desk to ask them if I could have an extra few hours to sleep in in the morning and they told me no. They had no solutions. I was so unhappy with this place.

Shower was not working, advised hotel. Two days later still no working shower.

The value for the price at the location is good

It was close to the airport. I asked before going through the booking app if they offered airport shuttle I understood that they offered but apparently they don’t and their response wasn’t clear. When I got there and told them that, they were rude in their response. The only reason I choose it was because of that.

Lovely pool area in the courtyard. Good breakfast for 15 USD. Staff are lovely, rooms are comfortable and clean, plenty of towels and soaps. Close to a light rail to get to downtown and Levi Stadium Everything was good, nothing to gripe about

Great neighborhood Turkish Coffee and La Victoria Taqueria

Much better price than most places in the area. It is clean and comfortable. Everything is worn out. Bare wires showing at top of light fittings. Could not find ice machine.

Front desk and maintenance staff were very kind and helpful. Wi-Fi didn't always work. Rooms are older and althought clean just felt a bit dingy.

Nice comfortable, clean & quiet hotel! I definitely recommend if your’re near SJC Airport or surrounding Bay Area. Tropical 🌴 Landscape vibes with nice pool & jacuzzi.
