Uptown Oasis San Jose Airport

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful — no complaints there, they clearly care about guests. Unfortunately, the room itself didn’t get the same love. Housekeeping seemed to stop at “looks fine from the doorway”: there were old bobby pins, hair ties, and dirt tucked between the bed and nightstand. Small stuff, but it’s the kind of small stuff that makes you side-eye the rest of the room.

Deposit is 200 per day plus room and they charge my account for $52 dollars idk why

This property seems to be in transition, but they're doing good job of keeping everything running. It is in a great spot to catch the light rail to Levi's Stadium. No complaints.

Room smelled so much. Tv wouldn’t connect to WiFi.

The rooms were very clean. They could be updated a little bit. The staff was wonderful. Parking was very convenient. The pool area was clean, but one thing they need to do is replace all the chairs that go around the tables almost all of them had broken straps on the chairs. Their lounge chairs were very clean and looked newer all in all I would stay here again.

This was a fine place to spend the night before flying out. Just don't forget your earplugs. Noise from adjacent rooms carries easily through the thin walls.

Very nice property with a great pool

Bed was comfortable, that’s about it. I would pay a little more to stay somewhere else.

Another interesting plus was the depth of the pool. It's an older establishment, so the pool goes to around 9 feet. This is great for those who like to play and jump rather than just float and avoid wet hair. Will stay again!

Comme dans un resort, cet hôtel est sympathique, mais un peu vieillot. Pas de coffre-fort et peu insonorisé avec air climatisé bruyant.

The door would not opened without having staff come and open it. The pool was dirty which was not fun to be in. Overall it was okay. Staff was great tho!

The only dissatisfaction was the broken/noisy air conditioner!

Carpets smelling

Area around them is scrappy and degenerate feels unsafe. I was worried about my car parking overnight.
