The kiddos loved the pool and hot tub. Love the area as target is next door

Stayed bc close to stadium (went to Ed Sheeran concert). Got there and was met with long line. Was in like for about 45 mins. When checking in I was advised the system was down, they had rolled out their new system a few days ago. They could not get me into a room bc they didn’t know if they had rooms available (mind you it was like 4pm); I asked how that would workout bc I booked in advanced, traveled from hours away, and needed to get ready. I was told to use the down stairs rr or get ready in the gym. I attempted to get ready in the gym for more privacy and there were no plugs near the mirrors. It was such a disaster. Oh but we got free breakfast the next day so that should’ve been enough for the inconvenience. (NEVER Again)
