Everything was clean. Expect loud noises from the thin walls. The stay would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the horrible soft bed. My back hurts so much after sleeping in it for two nights. It’s not even medium but more on the soft side.

Had a very good time was pleasantly surprised that they had a pool and a hot tub. It was very clean and well-maintained. Had a very nice time.

The Internet was down during our entire stay, not good for a work trip. Apparently it had been down for a while but we were never informed upon check-in. The room was fine. Breakfast spread is so so, not great.

All around welcoming, friendly staff, room was clean and wonderful.

Unfortunately, our experience became significantly worse when we used the restroom. The bathroom sink was completely clogged, causing the water to back up and not drain. This made the restroom unsanitary and unusable. We promptly reported these concerns to the front desk, hoping they could be addressed. However, instead of offering assistance or a solution, we were informed that the manager would not be available until the following day. Our concerns were dismissed without any attempt to resolve the issues or accommodate us. This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We expected a clean, functional room and courteous customer service, but unfortunately, neither was provided. We are extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and the lack of professionalism in handling our concerns.

Everything we enjoyed our stay so much we booked another stay for august. Nothing everything was excellent

Exceptional

Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast (great variety of hot & cold options), quiet, with enough fellow traveler engagement to prevent feeling isolated. It was disappointing that the hot tub was not functioning on the only day I had the opportunity to use it. I didn't like that I had to leave after only three nights. Thank you!

Great pool outside hang out area and clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Great place for kids.

Everything perfect

Nice room with plenty of space. Good breakfast food. The view from our window was an exterior wall. No view at all. And I hated that I didn't have a sample of hand lotion in the room.
