Room was comfortable and clean, restaurant had good food, plenty of amenities.

This place is great. It’s close to anything you need. If you are going to a game or enjoying Great America while you can, this hotel is perfect. The restaurant is good as well.

My daughter and I loved having a sitting ledge by the windows, and the button service for privacy or to make up the room was unique. Never seen that before. We did not need the usual hanging card outside the door.

Side note: I typically have a hard time staying in places other than my own house so for me I would have liked to be able to stream my Netflix like you can at other hotels, but this was not something that was offered. Made it difficult to fall asleep. I tried to rent a movie but the charge for even an older movie was just shy of $30. Could have also done without the fire alarm going off for 30 seconds in the middle of the night. Luckily though the bed was super comfy so that was a huge plus!

We went for a 3 day staycation on the 4th of July. Really wanted to sit in hot tub but never could as it was always filled, mainly with little kids. They need an adults only time frame so that people who need a hot tub can use it. Kids don’t need it and little kids shouldn’t ever be in it.

Was great overall, and breakfast is good

The hotel staff was unreachable. Customer service was unavailable. The pool and hot tub was filled with a ton kids, there was no room to even get in. Staff was unavailable to help did not offer luggage carts. Room service closed before 9pm and customer service/ front desk line was busy. We could not get pillows if you want to stay there. lower your expectations

Breakfast a little over priced

I brought my kids out for a World Cup game and the hotel was an amazing home base. So. Much. Fun.

Location. Beds were nice Pool area unlit at night. No actual bathroom door, was a sliding door with gaps No microwave No freezer or temp control in mini fridge No coffee pods only tea. Really not family friendly Pay for parking Pay for internet Rude staff upon trying to confirm reservations with a large party 2 towels for 3 guests?

The stay at the Hilton was perfect for our situation. Could not have asked for a better location and service.
