Exceptional

soccer team kids were allowed to run around the restaurant while we were trying to eat our dinner... We were hoping staff would have confined the loud playing to outside or to the couches. Parents didn't seem to care that they were disruptive to others... :(

Superb

We really enjoyed the room size; bedroom and living room. Housekeeping missed a couple tiny things, but overall it was good. Check in was easy. Pool was nice. The restaurant was not great, but the service was lovely.

Loved it! Everything as advertised!!

.

Room was clean but I was put all the way in the back of the hotel.

Gym good. Coffee in room is not with brewing. It’s horrible but pods of tea decent. Bummer to have bad coffee and powder dairy substitute.

Very clean

Superb

Great hotel! Would definitely stay here again. Check in and out process was easy/quick. Room was spotless and bed was comfortable. Quiet location and safe.

Hi, My experience with one of the receptionists, Carla. Unfortunately, the interaction left me extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. From the moment I interacted with Carla, her attitude came across as dismissive, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Rather than feeling welcomed and assisted as a hotel guest, I felt as though my questions and concerns were an inconvenience to her. Her tone and demeanor were particularly concerning for someone working in a front-facing customer service role.

Superb

When I entered the room, I found that the complimentary bottle of water had already been opened\. I reported it to the hotel, and they replaced it, but finding an already\-opened bottle in the room raised a legitimate concern about cleanliness and attention to detail\. Housekeeping was also disappointing\. I had to call several times before receiving housekeeping service, which was inconvenient and not what I would expect from a hotel at this price level\. Another major issue was the EV charger\. When I booked the hotel, the listing indicated that an EV charger was available\. However, after arriving, I was told that the charger was under maintenance and unavailable\. If a listed facility is not currently working, guests should be informed before booking\. Overall, I was not satisfied with the room, service, or amenities provided\. In my opinion, the experience did not justify the price I paid\. I hope the hotel addresses these issues and improves its communication about unavailable amenities\.

Amazing customer service right away. Will definitely be back!

Will return for sure!

It was clean

Nice and clean
