Hyatt Centric Santa Clara Silicon Valley

The staff is great super friendly and knowledgeable. The room was super clean and big- I had king size bed and room. The food was excellent, I ordered the New York steak it was perfect.

I’m not sure if it’s because it’s a holiday, but the room we stayed in was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the sink table, tables and other surfaces. The garbage bins didn’t have plastic bags, and as soon as we entered the room, it smelled terrible! I didn’t sleep well because of the smell, which reminded me of a smoking room. I’m sorry to say, but if we ever come back, we will never book here again.

Clean room, perfect space in room for family of 6.

Overpriced we requested extra bills and blanket, but we didn’t find them. The bathroom door was not working properly. The coffee machine was dairy.

The hotel is nice with restaurant and bar. My girls enjoyed the clean and warm swimming pool.

The staff were nice and friendly. The room was not as clean as it should've been. There was hair on the pillows and left over garbage still in the cans when we arrived. The pool wasn't heated and the jacuzzi was dirty

Some staff were amazing while others were just ok! The room was ok too but I would not stay here again only because it was a dated hotel room. But for an extremely cheap price, I would reconsider.

Every interaction with the front desk team was pleasant, and their efficiency and professionalism reflected the high standards of the hotel. They turned a great stay into a memorable one. I highly recommend Hyatt Centric Santa Clara Silicon Valley to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team, especially the wonderful ladies at the reception desk, for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future!

the hotel room smelled really dusty and they didnt clean properly, no water for coffee was left for the enxt day. They did not clean the restroom or the sink. Also brekafast was not included as they advertised for.Very disapointingl. If we knew, we would have booked another hotel. We will not go back to this hotel and would not recommend it to anybody.

The stay was great. Helpful staff from even the bar to check out desk. Rooms were clean and delightful.
