Location was good and hotel was clean

Upon checking out on Sunday morning, we saw breakfast laid out in the lobby area and went to grab some yogurt and fruit. A staff member asked for our room number, which I provided, and we continued getting our items. She then approached me and began yelling at me in front of other guests, stating I hadn't paid for food service. I was completely unaware breakfast was an extra fee, so I immediately offered to pay. Instead of handling it professionally, she continued to publicly shout, "That’s not the way we do it—you have to pay then get the food." I repeated multiple times that I would happily pay and asked her to please stop yelling, as it was extremely humiliating to be berated in a crowded lobby. I walked over to the front desk to settle the charge, but the attendant directed me back to her. When I returned to ask her to charge me, she continued raising her voice. I was never trying to get free food and had full intention to pay. She did apologize afterward, but by then, the damage and humiliation were done. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was terrible—the silverware provided was filthy, with dried food residue and pieces of plastic wrap stuck to the fork. Between the hostile service and the unsanitary dining conditions, this was a deeply frustrating departure.

Amazing staff. Super friendly, helpful and loved the extra little touches of lavender and eucalyptus for the guests. Great food in the restaurant too. Would stay again.

Room was clean and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. it's my second time staying here and the reason I came back was because of the quality. Definitely recommend.

The shower is super spacious , their pool area is well maintained and clean . Their rooms were super clean as well , the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Loved this hotel one of my favorite spots to stay would definitely recommend the AC hotel
