I booked the room via Expedia at $380 USD per night and was surprised to know the reservation opt out room service! I was totally unaware of this and not sure if it’s Expedia or the hotel issue. There was left over garbage from previous guest in the washroom drawer. The tissue box was literally empty at night of check in and when we asked for a new one, we were told they were short of staff and only front desk is available and we need to go downstairs to pick up ourselves. Same as towels after we knew no room service, we have to go to front desk to pick up towels. After the front desk reserved room service for the second day per as our request, the service staff did not even empty the garbage bins after we opened the door for them. They simply handed over more towels without collecting the used one. I won’t pay that price for this type of service next time.

Really nice hotel. Loved the 2 bedroom. Really spacious. Not a lot of hotels offer free parking so that was an added plus. Tons of parking outside of hotel as well as a garage. Food options within walking distance. Easy check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Expedia says the breakfast will be continental. But it was not. Very few items were there. And when the item gets over, no more.

Better than I expected. Clean, quiet. Has free parking, breakfast was not as plentiful but ok. Close to food and 10 mins to San Jose for better Asian food. Near in n out and shopping.

Think i covered it all. Nuce clean place wuth good service and awesome breakfast i didnt eat it but it smelled and looked pretty delicious for hotel breakfast a lot of choices and i regretfully had to pass due to other plans with family. I would return again if it fits into my plans next visit

Our receptionist was amazing! She was kind, quick, and helped us out when we requested it. I would definitely recommend the place for the excellent customer service that goes above and beyond, and for providing a wonderful space to enjoy our time while visiting.
