A very good hotel—quiet, clean, and well-organized! The manager helped sort out the booking! Thank you!
-
Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay.
-
On top of that, there was no internet access. The hotel provided a toll-free number and required us to call in order to get the internet working. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing stay. I expected much better service and a more organized experience from the hotel.

My feet and socks were black from walking around in our room. Poor parking and was not advised I had to pay for parking as I paid for two nights. Just wrong that you charge for parking for your customers. Terrible communication regarding parking.
-
The property itself is fine, it's nothing exceptional. The beds are comfortable. They include dishes and a few pots for cooking. You have to pay an additional $15 per day for parking. Most of the surrounding buildings are empty commercial buildings so it isn't very walkable. Lots of road noise in some rooms from the highway and you'll always hear the people above you walking around if you stay on a lower floor. Also note that the rooms do not have safes.

Good good environment would stay again
-
Very well designed and maintained property the only thing missing was a shuttle.
-
Good clean large room with a complete kitchen.
-
Everything was good, always stay there when passing through, sucks you have to pay for parking now.

One of the best stay and variety hot breakfast to choose from. Staff very helpful and nice. Room is very big and roomy. Stayed in the studio room. Water was super hot which I love as a steamy hot shower gal! Booked this place for the next 3 concert there.

The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was a bonus, swimming pool was refreshing and the breakfast was delicious ! problems with parking but eventually it was figured out.
-
Beds were soft & comfortable, rooms were spacious for my family of 6. It was nice to have a kitchenette. Staff was so friendly, and facilities were clean. The breakfast catered to be inclusive of different cultures, tikka & rice was available. The breakfast area was very full in the morning, one of the waffle machines was out of order. There was also an added parking cost of $19/nt that I was not prepared for.
-
Was ok , they need to place some bins to throw your trash, it was non existent in swimming pool, anywhere closely visible . Also the housekeeping staff needs to be trained in not opening the door without permission and barging in for room service,

We really liked the spacious room and wonderful breakfast! The area is very nice too. Thank you!

Great experience! Would stay again

Clean room. Nice breakfast.

I stayed here with my two children in July. We LOVED the variety of the breakfast menu. Even showing up a half at the end of the breakfast slot, we still had lots to choose from. The pool with clean and bright, too. The windows and doors seemed to block noise sufficiently, which we appreciated. The room was tidy, although my daughter found short dark hairs on her duvet (which we immediately pulled off the bed.). The sheets were clean and there was no mold in the bathrooms or kitchen. We had dishwasher detergent and dish soap, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The railings on the outdoor steps are wobbly, and some of the paint is looking worn. Overall, a good stay, especially compared to other places in the area.
