The room was clean and staff was nice but the shower was a bit dirty and we needed a shower seat for my disabled mother and it smelled really bad

Property was great, clean, well maintained. I HATED to pay for parking, totally understand if parking is limited or you’re in a city. Here? Not so much, will never stay here again.

The room is very nice it’s like a little apartment. There was a lot of noise from the people above us. Breakfast was good. Front desk wasn’t that great. They didn’t give you enough info like where and when the breakfast is served. They offered water for other guests but I have to asked for them. It wasn’t welcoming.

Front desk staff was amazing, room was comfy, breakfast was good.

Stayed at many places over the years. We were impressed with this stay especially considering the rate.

There was mold in my room near the restroom, the restroom itself smelt like wet dog. The AC ended up getting super hot during the night. Also, While my husband was sleeping around 9 in the morning housekeeping just opened the door and didn’t knock. They seen my husband and closed the door. They also charged me $300 since there was a lot of people going to the concert at the Levi’s Sadium which I understand. I went in the 21st and it’s currently the 31st and that pending charge has yet cleared.

There was multiple bugs in the rooms. Showed the supervisor the videos is took of the bugs and she didn’t did anything to make sure we were ok or make sure we were comfortable

We were in units 1014/1013. Unit 1013 has an opening in the top of the door where rodents or anything else can get in. We were only there overnight to attend a concert at Levi's. Good price but not worth it for the wifi issue alone.

Everything was smooth and great as usual. 2nd time staying here.

Location and breakfast was good. The conditioner container was empty. I was not able to make coffee because the coffe maker was missing the piece for the filter and coffee. Also I was ticketed for parking when the concierge said the parking was complementary due to having to wait for the room when we arrrived for check in

Upon arriving the desk agent, was friendly and the check-in was fast. Getting to the room, I did have some trouble with the key. But maintenance came quickly to fix it. It was a clean room, very spacious, had a kitchen with dishes stocked. Many towels, and it was just all around a great experience.
