Superb

MY stay was great. The room was clean and big and had kitchen. THe best part of the trip was the evening snacks in the lobby. those were substantial.
-
There should have been more than two coffee creamers to use. I only got to have one cup of coffee after a very long night/ morning at a concert and I didn’t want to walk down to the office in the morning. Breakfast was over too early.

Clean breakfast good Nothing

The rooms are very clean and spacious. I wish I stayed longer to enjoy the amenities and actually explore. I stayed for a very short time just to have a place to crash for a few hours after a concert and staff was great. Love the clean home feeling it gives. I’d love to stay again!
-
The only issue I had with the stay is the thermostat didn’t adjust and the room was very want. Other than that it was a great stay! Very clean and spacious!

I enjoyed my breakfast, and the staff provided a toothbrush and toothpaste at 11:56 pm when I realized I forgot mine.

Breakfast. Very spacious. Comfortable. Upstairs guests were noisy at 430am... But oh well. Next time I'll request upstairs. But we won't be noisy.

Stayed for the Chris Brown and Usher concert. Hotel was decent. Do need some deep cleaning.

Before booking I called the hotel and was told the deposit would be $20, when I arrived the front desk wanted $500. I argued that I was told $20 and was given the option to pay $200 or stay somewhere else. I paid the deposit because I was already out of town and on a time limit. The room was nice. We got ready and headed out. The next morning I got on the floor to stretch and smelled dog poop. I moved to another spot and noticed dog hair. Then I noticed the door tag in the closet that referred to pets inside the room. That room definitely needs to shampoo the carpet. I would have liked the option to stay in a room where animals have been in. Now I’m itching thinking there was fleas in the room.

Breakfast wasn’t good enough

So far only really appreciate the staff who provided great customer service and they’re free. Breakfast buffet was actually very decent.

The suite was super cute! Clean and comfortable! Definitely recommend!

The water pressure and temperature in both of the bathrooms were low and didn’t get too hot. I’d say it was just barely warm enough. Also there was no DND sign so house keeping came 2x the morning of our checkout day Saturday — the first time a lady came, which was around 830ish I asked if they could come back later and she said ok no problem, the 2nd time a different lady came around 10ish and asked if we were checking out today I told her yes, isn’t checkout at 12? Not sure why she asked, they should have a list of what rooms to know we’re going to be checking out

I liked the location The day before check in I was sent an email that I would be charged a $300 deposit fee when checking in I was charged $500 holding fee and charged for parking. I was told that an event was going on in the area so I was passed down a $500 fee. I was given the wrong room number by a employee at the front desk and when I went to go tell her that my room key wasn't working she asked me if I knew how to open the door then eventually she told me that I was at the wrong room even though I went to the room that she circled on the paper. The room was nice but had hair all over in the bathroom and living room, there were toe nail clippings on the floor next to the bed and stains in the wall next to the toilet paper that looked like BM. The window were wide open when I checked in but some have no screen in them and my 3 year old could easily fall out of them because the windows are so low to the ground.
