Breakfast was on point

I stayed here for two weeks and was very unhappy with the accommodations. The room was old, smelly, and uncomfortably dark during the day. The plumbing is outdated (you have to hold the toilet handle down for a long time to flush), and housekeeping only comes every two days. The bed was terrible and caused me significant back pain. Worst of all, the staff is unreliable; I requested a wake-up call and was completely ignored. The decent breakfast does not make up for the poor rooms and bad service

The area was ok. Rude staff. Scared to ask for anything always got an attitude like it was a bother.

It felt cozy and very clean. The young lady who checked us in was very nice and friendly! I came for 1 night out from Los Angeles for the World Cup. So I loved that you guys had flags from all over the world & World Cup decorations! It was so cute. Also really appreciated the FREE snacks that were in the front. Almost never see that in any hotels so thank you! I also loved the 2 bedroom suite we got. I just didn’t like that we had to pay $20 for parking.

Very quiet, comfortable, clean, and spacious room. Breakfast was also good.

Clean and spacious and close to Levi stadium Housekeeper told us to go check out at 9 am when check out is at noon

I’ve stayed at their other location and this one is my favorite. Very update furniture and appliances in the rooms.

Location It was not so clean, also, they are still not issuing the invoice that they are obligated to do! I will need to sue through the IRS for tax avoidance.

Helpful staff, great location, great price. However cleanliness could’ve been better but not horrible. Weird smell in the room but I think it’s just an old property. The most annoying thing was the AC was slow and loud. Made it hard to sleep at night so I ended up just turning it off overnight so that was frustrating. Not the end of the world. But overall I felt safe and to me that’s always priority over annoying sounds. I think the property could just use some updating.

Loved the place

The kitchen in the room was very practical and well-equipped with almost everything travler could need. In addition to the standard cookware and utensils, it even included a shef's knife and a cutting board, making meal preparation easy and convientient. It trykt felt like a fully functional home kitchen.

Breakfast was excellent with many items to choose from nothing that I did not like

We selected this facility because it was close to the airport. This turned out to work well with the trip to the airport being only 15 minutes. The location was also in a clean and safe part of town. There was not great selection of restaurants close by, but the room included a fully equipped kitchen so we were happy to "dine in" with goods from a nearby Whole Foods Market. Maybe I overlooked it in the initial reservation, but I was disappointed to learn we had to pay for overnight parking at the facility. All in all it was reasonably priced, clean and conveniently located.
