Loved the roomy layout

It was for my Daughter and her two kids and she really likes it
-
Im not a picky person but for the price we paid it definitely could have been better. They really need to clean up the property also
-
Room had a weird smell and if you walked in the room barefoot the floor was dirty would notice when I hopped in the shower.
-
Breakfast could of been better
-

-
the pool is never open

It was a very comfortable and quiet place. Very convenient location. We would stay here again. We loved the suite!

pink haired lady at the front was rude when i asked a question about my receipt. everyone else was nice

We wanted a place with a pool and a kitchen so that was nice. The property is definitely run down in places - we had rotten rails and soft steps leading to our room. The yard maintenance could be better too as there were pine needles everywhere on our steps and the walkway. The kitchen had no frying pans, only boiling pots with lids. When asked about at the front desk they said that's all they had. Made cooking eggs interesting.... don't plan on making yourself a steak. The parking fee was not clearly communicated so I registered my car but so did the front desk. Fortunately they refunded the part they charged. I also was charged for parking at the Residence Inn 1 which I was nowhere near. I still have yet to be refunded that charge despite speaking to the front desk of my hotel and calling the other hotel I never stayed at. It was definitely a glitch in their system so I hope it doesn't happen to other people.

Ac wasn’t working and the room smelled
-
good, convenience, wonderful view
-
it's good, clean, private. breadfast is good.
-
I couldn’t stay at this property because the room was filthy. The door lock didn’t work, there was broken glass on the property, the towels were stained and had hair on them, and someone had even left dirty socks in the room. I had no choice but to check out. Although I was eventually refunded after many calls with both Expedia and the hotel, this experience was completely unacceptable.
-
Two bedroom suite was very suitable, and maid service was outstanding. Breakfast was excellent.
-
We were in room 724. Perfect.
-
the room had some issues with windows and locks not functioning but staff was very responsive
-
Nice kitchenette and two bedroom suites for extended stays with top notch cleaning and room service. The condo style apartments have a rustic feel and look with the redwoods making inroads on the wooden railings, and in some locations the Lawrence Expressway is loud, but the rooms are a great option to use when needed.
-
Room was cleaned & maintained. Entry doors to rooms were a little tricky to open due to wear & tear. Overall great experience for a quick stay!

Walking distance to a dog park . Clean and quiet. Have to pay a separate fee for parking. If I’m paying for room parking should be included. It is the facilities responsibility to give out parking passes and make sure non guests do not park there. I have never ever had to pay separate parking at a hotel I’m paying for especially a Marriott hotel. Absolutely ridiculous. They charge the customers instead of patrolling and doing their job.
