Typical average hotel. It was much better than expected honestly breakfast was decent but at least it was included. Wasn’t there long enough to enjoy the pool and any other amenities. Woke up early though from the workers pressure washing the place

That said, the staff was great -- friendly, accommodating to our early check-in, and really helpful.

Clean room helpful staff

We had a room at ground floor with cockroach.. then we changed to a room on elevated floor that was was better than the first one. Rust in bathroom, not so clean also smell bad

It was a conveniently located property in an area close to the stadium . The breakfast was good and a good laundry. No comments

This property was as advertised, and a great no frills property. Staff were friendly too

Good location for Levi’s Stadium. Grounds and public areas nicely maintained, although old Property in general and rooms in particular extremely tired. E.g. as soon as we got into the room, noticed mattress skirt torn and stained. TV not working. Noisy AC. Room not serviced next day, we had to ask for new towels. Disinterested staff. The hotel was full because of World Cup crowd, it seemed the hotel was understaffed for the level of demand, and for what they were charging, pretty poor value

Booked room for three people. They only had King bed. And did said that house keeping was closed. One of us had to sleep on the floor. Not kool. They did not care.

Breakfast even my dog won’t eat

Good solid 3 star motel. Clientele not too far from the hotel was a bit dodgy.

i did not like anything at all i didnt like anything. the worst hotel experience in my life. there is no Water in room. there is not charge converter in hotel. there is not any food or dring in room. terrible facilities. staff never helping. its like 1950's hotels in bad way

Awesome stay…would recommend to everyone. As a first time visitor, they made me feel like royalty. Great experience

I reserved two rooms. Both had plumbing issues. Bath tubs did not drain at all. One room had a hand held shower head with no support to anchor it to the wall. The other room, when using the shower water squirted all other the ceiling, a puddle formed in the bathroom. I slipped. I requested room change and wanted to talk to the manager for refund. There were no manager available. I stayed there Wednesday through Friday. I never received a call from the manager.i was given a number to call and I am given the run around to call later.

Very good services and we are so happy.
