Santa Clara Marriott

The staff was fantastic from checking in, to the little store and the restaurant. They were attentive and polite. Made our stay very pleasant.

Very clean and well-maintained hotel. The elevators worked exceptionally well and got us up and down quickly. The rooms were very quiet. The only downside was the TV had only decent connectivity and didn’t always have the channels in clearly

This was one of the absolute nicest hotels we have stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and safe. The staff was phenomenal. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I have slept that good on a hotel bed in years. The bar and pool area are very nice. Perfect for what we like to do when we travel. Also running into some of the San Francisco 49er players was a very pleasant surprise. I cannot wait to go back.

Helpful staff and clean room

I like the entry to hotel separating the check-in guests; the bar separate from the lounging area; and the conference halls on the other side of the building. The restaurant should be open longer from 6 am or 7 am to 10 pm.

The water temperature of the shower didn't get very warm. If I would of given my disabled son a bath, it would definitely been too cold.

Hotel employee who checked us in was fabulous. Made us feel welcome and valued.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful never visited the bar. Breakfast was too expensive other than that it was a great experience.

Shower door wouldn’t stay closed when taking a shower and the tv kept glitching while watching no matter the channel.

The restaurant was a mess. No one bused tables.

All the amenities. It’s my 10th stay at this hotel. Cleanliness and comfort.

We came back from a concert at Ed Sheeran all was great I just felt bad for the staff as they seemed overwhelmed with the amount of people ordering food.

Gave us the wrong room after terrible directions no help with luggage had to recheck in acted like we were at fault ..$14.95 a day for wifi check in was long and unfriendly .....ONE and Done

Hotel was very clean, only thing was the shower door could use some fixing. It kept opening while showering.
