When the buffet was quoted at $3 at check in then at the time of service was told $31 it’s a huge difference. Then you say you are going to make food and the eggs were really horrible and had no flavor nor were they cooked in butter or they way we asked. I’m sure are the same eggs you use in your buffets what’s the difference? Also how can you charge $12 for pancakes? Really?? If you’re going to charge for hotel food make sure you are providing hotel cooked food.

The hotel experience was amazing, but the restaurant/in room dining took over two hours to arrive and we had to be on them about delivering. But 2 hrs is insane for a burger and fries
