Great stay, as always!

Staff was really helpful, room was very clean and I had a nice view from my balcony sweet. Their restaurant inside the hotel is great too, I got a mimosa with an eggs Benedict, delicious. It's also a very short walk to Levi's stadium

Nice property. Parking is challenging when crowded.

Staff at the hotel were very pleasant, kind and helpful. It is within walking distance to Levi Stadium (10-15 minute walk for most people). The balcony in one of our rooms was exceptionally comfortable and very large, both balconies has a view of the tip of the bay! very cool and comfortable temperatures especially in the evening from the bay breezes. :) The hotel has a convenient restaurant and bar in the lobby, that includes bar/grill and sushi menu type foods in addition to other options. Dinner service was pretty quick considering it was very busy that day, hotel had lots of staff available to accommodate large crowds. Beds were comfortable. Their gardens are lovely as well, lots of shade, interest and flowers. It's worth the stay if you are going for an event at the stadium and have to drive more than 3 hours home. It’s also walking distance to Great America theme park, not much farther than the stadium. The location needed traffic control near the area (especially at the hotel entrance intersection) during an event (AC/DC concert :) at Levi Stadium. Its a very busy location with several parking lots surrounding the are for stadium parking and the convention center located next to the hotel. The attendants that were in the hotel parking lots could have been more helpful directing people where they needed to go. I know the hotel is not responsible for roads, traffic control and congestion but seems like there could be more collaboration with the authorities during events since the hotel lots are used for the stadium parking as well. And they were hosting a convention that day too that was wrapping up. They also start opening the parking lots in that area at 4pm for the stadium event which is the same time as check in to the hotel, so more reason to have a coordinated traffic collaboration during peak times to get into the hotel entrance and parking lots. We had to pay 40$ to park and no complimentary breakfast bar, the rooms cost enough that they both should be included in the $$$. Guess that's just how it is these days though... we still had a good time, made the best of it and a few laughs after it was said and done :) oh...one more thing, the bathroom doors are sliding barn door style which look ok I guess but not much privacy when using the loo if you were to stay with anyone you are not that personal with ;) hotel needs a bit of an update but still comfortable.

You can’t beat the proximity to Levi’s Stadium. It was very expensive.

Used hotel as a home base to attend the AC/Dc concert @ Levi stadium. Very convenient to walk across the block to avoid parking. Hotel room was Very clean room. But bed was firm prefer softer mattress. Parking was convenient unless there is an event at Levi stadium then there will be traffic snarl around hotel. Park early in the day at hotel to avoid. Overall great location

To be honest, I was quite a bit disappointed amongst talking to many of my other travelers at the property. I was told they were able to check in early however, when I checked in, they charged me $100 to check in. I thought that was quite ridiculous since nobody else had paid Very disappointed.

Location Price

Location next to Levi Stadium. Ease of walking to venue. The large open entry into hotel reminds me of a crowded airport. Separating the bar and food area and have a more luxe sitting area for guests. Too noisy when there is a conference and venue guests all at once.

This place was amazing if you are going to anything at levi’s stadium. The elevators took a really long time to go up and down.
-
The Hotel is a dated and in need of an upgrade but overall it is just okay. It is fine for a quick business trip.

Everything was great! We used parking for Ed Sherran concert. Got charged double, but the attendant at check out took care of problem right away!
