Hyatt Regency Santa Clara

The lobby looked very busy having the restaurant overtaking the lobby. It looked messy and very loud!

A safe clean hotel

It is in walking distance to Levi stadium. The staff is amazing especially Erin, manager, who went out of her way and helped my daughter who DoorDashed an item from Target and they left the security tag on it. Erin took the item back to Target to remove the tags! I’m still in awe of her kindness! All the staff were so kind and helpful! Room was very clean and comfortable. The lounge and pool area were very inviting and set up with many screens so we could enjoy the FIFA games! Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect!

Shameful! Hidden parking cost of 40$ a day!

We stayed one night at the Hyatt Santa Clara for the recent World Cup match at the San Francisco Bay Area stadium. The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived early to secure a parking spot. There is a fee for parking, but it is much less than parking for those not staying at the hotel. We were able to relax and have lunch in the restaurant area while watching the games on multiple screens. The desk texted us when our room was ready, and we were able to get in more than an hour early. The room itself was spacious and great condition. We had a perfect view of the stadium across the street from our window. After the game we were able to get a quick dinner and drinks in the very lively restaurant/bar in the lobby. We slept great in the comfortable bed and check-out was a breeze. We will definitely stay again in the future.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! FRONT DESK VERY UNCLEAR ABOUT FEES FOR SUPPOSED LODGING AND AMENITIES. BREAKFAST WAS SO OVERPRICED FOR COLD COFFEE AND UNFRIENDLY SERVICE! WOULD'VE BEEN OFF GRABBING BREAKFAST AT THE AIRPORT. CALLED THE HYATT FOR CLARITY AND THE HOTEL HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I TOLD MY EXPERIENCE AT THEIR HOTEL!!! MORAL OF THE STORY IS NEVER STAY AT A HYATT EVER AGAIN!!!
