I told the front desk about one of the issues in my room and he had informed maintenance. Maintenance fix the issue. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment I walked into the building, I noticed an unpleasant smell that immediately made me uncomfortable. As I walked to my room, I saw a trash bag filled with garbage in the hallway, which did not give a good first impression. Once I entered my room, I noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The bathroom sink was rusted, and the bathtub was also rusted, outdated, and in need of renovation. The lamps in the room were covered in dust, making it appear as though they had not been cleaned in quite some time. The bathroom sink was also clogged and would not drain properly. Unfortunately, it remained stopped up until the following day. I was also told by the front desk that breakfast would be available in the morning. However, when I went down for breakfast, the coffee was not hot, and there was only one muffin left. There was no hot food available at all.

Friendly staff who try to accommodate as best they can. My door had to be opened a specific way, the toilet paper holder sat too close to the toilet so had to sit kind of sideways to use the toilet, tried to use the laundry room but my key didn’t work so unsure if it’s only meant for those who stay long periods of time or was just a malfunction, and hallways are kind of narrow (one way traffic)

Nothing Fentynl ferrets passed out in tbe parking lot. Facilty was dirty with trash everywhere. There are roaches in the room. Its not verry well.kept at all. I would never stay there again. No use in reserving a room. They font have what you reserve when you get there. And the smell was so bad.

Nothing Dead cockroach in room toilet did not work had to get a refund that I still have not received.

Broken handle to room door need fixing or to be replaced, facilities wrapped Painters tape around part and called it fixed. The bathroom sink was clogged with lots of hair from previous guests. Shower still covered in lots of soap scum and residue. Rooms dont look like the pictures posted on site.

the room lay out for one or couples bed needed a better mattress to soft and small should have at least a queen bed in all handy capped assessable rooms if stove in room utensils should be in room bed needs to have a firmer mattress needed a queen bed

The place was perfect in San Jose downtown the room I was just not was immaculate and their staff were very friendly . One thing I should comment on was their kitchen stove . My first and second stay . Their stove is not that good it's always the smaller one was working and the big one for some reason was weak . That all . But everything else was perfect .

Room had a strong smelled, no Wi-Fi, breakfast was only coffee, hallways were dirty and smelly. staff was the only great thing. definitely not staying here again.

Elber is very knowledgeable and patience is on point. The manager is all stricked but I completely understand why.He too was very helpful! Breakfast was skimpy..:(

Noise, tenants, drug addicts and thieves and weird women walking around the property with metal soft ball bats.

Little kids running around all night long 130 am, all night. Marijuana smoke and drug addicts cops in and out of the property, 5 to 6 security guards at 930 pm. Dirty carpet and a soda is almost 5.00$ Booked on Trivago application and booking.com for 247.00$ this motel took close to 300.00$ from my bank account. Trivago application nor booking.com said nothing about the Santa Clara county uses this property as a homeless shelter . Never again all the drawers in this room were broken Noise, tenants, drug addicts and thieves and weird women walking around the property with metal soft ball bats.

My stay here was alright. Staff were very accommodating and kind. The room itself was functional but wasn't particularly cozy. It’s sufficient as a place to clean yourself and sleep.
