The place was perfect in San Jose downtown the room I was just not was immaculate and their staff were very friendly . One thing I should comment on was their kitchen stove . My first and second stay . Their stove is not that good it's always the smaller one was working and the big one for some reason was weak . That all . But everything else was perfect .

Room had a strong smelled, no Wi-Fi, breakfast was only coffee, hallways were dirty and smelly. staff was the only great thing. definitely not staying here again.
-
My stay here was alright. Staff were very accommodating and kind. The room itself was functional but wasn't particularly cozy. It’s sufficient as a place to clean yourself and sleep.
-
The room was a bit dark, no shampoo, and the bathroom looked a bit dirty. There was a weird smell coming from the room and the towels for the bathroom and the rate was pretty expensive for a 3 night stay

Complete dump. It’s actually govt housing, paying customers should not go there. One persons room had no light in the bathroom. Staff knew and still assigned the room to us. We asked for a lightbulb🙈. Large dog barking from 11:30-12:30 at night. Felt unsafe due to clientele. Garbage pilled up outside an exit door. Nasty towels in hallway for over 24 hours. A box of vegetables, eggs and milk sitting outside our room. Had to alert staff. The manager was a complete jerk. Gals working front desk were lovely though. Manager tried to move our group to a different hotel 20 minutes from our event venue when we had made our reservation 9 months in advance. Had I known it was govt homeless housing we should have moved. Pics are nothing what it looked like. I missed watching an event due to fighting with manager on the phone. I spoke with police at our event venue and they said the area was bad and unsafe. Stains all over the hallway rugs. I took videos of all of it. Seriously don’t stay here. I made a huge mistake. I’ll be contacting corporate about what all happened as it’s unacceptable.

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating , the breakfast I think you need to make bigger breakfast not just pastries or muffins and coffee , but maybe fruit and cereals and if you would have an area for breakfast

DON’T TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE!!

The bathroom counter and sink had not been cleaned and were full of hair. The shower walls were full of mold and the paint was peeling. The building is old and needs updating. We’ve stayed in other Extended Stay hotels that had fully equipped kitchens. This one had nothing. We would not stay here again, even though it’s close to the airport.

Close to the airport and restaurants

Nice bed. The kitchen area of our room flooded while we were sleeping as well as the kitchen countertops, damaging our food, my wife’s purse, and a bag full of other items. The manager apologized and maintenance came and vacuumed up the water. We were told they didn’t understand why they keep renting the room out when the flooding has been happening for over 3 weeks. The manager told us they are going to be refunding our money. There was also mold and decay in the bathroom.

The room was dirty and I find a spider there and one day at 5 pm the alarm ring for more than 20 min and I can't sleep well and at the same day I wake up at 10 they said the breakfast closed at 9:30 I didn't sleep well from there alarm . And last day at 8:30 am they was cleaning vacuum and work with drill that was very bad

I have already sent a review describing how there was a huge puddle of water upon entering the room. I had another room for another person for one night that did not have flooding. I am supposed to get a 50% discount on the entire bill for the first room for 2 night. I was told that the 3rd party Expedia has to do it. I am not happy with this answer,

Nothing Everything. Outdated. Uncomfortable bed. Bushes in front of my room had a used condom in it. WiFi was slow. No outlets next to the bed.
-
Rude staff. He used profanity at me Disgusting and filthy
-
This was a safe and quiet place to stay, staff was super friendly. Easy access to downtown San Jose, and close to the airport.
-
This was a place that families stayed for a place for living. Very close to the airport. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom not clean.

Location and parking. Staff was really nice. Mostly everything. The room smelled bad: there were coins left in the bathroom floor which lead me to believe it wasn’t even swept/ cleaned correctly. The bed made noise every time I took a breath or moved slightly, It was ridiculously loud. And the best part, ROACHES !! they were coming out of the bathroom mirror and all over the shower. I killed 3 and some were too fast. Also someone had what sounded like 3 Dobermans barking their heads off at 6am and 8am. Also the party of thugs outside in the parking lot at midnight fighting eachother and giving me and my boyfriend looks when we arrived after going out to dinner: Never staying here again.
