We planned to stay at another hotel. We arrived and immediately left because it wasn’t clean enough for our family to feel ok with staying. We chose SpringHill as a last minute change. It was the best choice we could have made. The whole family felt great and the breakfast was surprisingly better than expected. Staff was also super friendly and helpful!

Convenient location, great breakfast. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Asked for deep cleaning after 4 days as floors were not swept or mopped when they made the beds. Shower not cleaned. Even after asking for a deep clean from maid was directed to ask front desk. Requested this service at the front desk and it was not done. Next day asked again and that day they only made the beds and changed the towel again. No cleaning for 6 nights. This was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a Marriott.

I was there almost a week on business and it was great! Love the parking arrangement, proximity to restaurants and nice room. Enrique and Ariel were very helpful with a WiFi issue I had. They went above and beyond. Give them a raise!
