Sonesta Select San Jose Airport

Location was good.

I booked this stay for 4 of our employees from September 30–October 2 and paid a total of $557.43. The price was already higher than what we normally pay for employee lodging, but honestly, the price wasn’t even the main issue. The biggest issue was the $20 per night parking fee for hotel guests. I find it ridiculous that guests are required to pay an additional $20 just to park one vehicle during their stay. I completely understand charging for additional vehicles or special parking, but charging guests to park one vehicle while they are already paying to stay at the hotel is excessive. I’ve booked plenty of hotels and have never had an issue with having to pay separately for basic parking like this. The parking fee definitely made the stay feel overpriced, and it’s something I would want to know upfront before booking again. Great location. Staff was amazing. The hotel could use a lil upgrade. Room is a little outdated

I left too early to comment on breakfast. Basically, it totally worked as comfortable overnight before my early morning flight. The shuttle was a great support for that.

This is our go-to hotel when staying in San Jose! Great staff!

Cons: one of my bathroom towels was obviously dirty with some wort of sticky substance on it. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The sink was always backed up.

I liked the location. My room was not cleaned completely before my stay. There were pasties in the trash. Hair in the shower, pieces of toilet paper on the floor. Etc.

The place was better looking then anticipated very clean good smelling room staff was amazing would stay again
