Sonesta Select San Jose Airport

Our room was clean however, the elevator floor was filthy and was not mopped while we were there. The back parking lot, as opposed to the front everyone sees as driving by, was extremely dirty. The parking was ok but I wouldn't be proud enough to charge $18 a day for a spot that would otherwise just set empty, truly, for what you pay for the room, it should be included or, as we parked in the back, it could at least be cleaned. The staff we dealt with were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast? Burritos?? I am not sure this should be called breakfast but we did enjoy the coffee.

Front desk staff was friendly. Carpet stains in room. AC in room was rattling and noisy. would not stay again.

An absolutely satisfactory airport-area hotel for a night or two. Don't expect luxury, just a clean and well-maintained property. BE AWARE: the plain white airport shuttle offered (at least on the day I was there) is not marked in any way to show that it is affiliated with the Sonesta, or any hotel, and in fact stops at multiple airport hotels on each trip. I watched the van arrive and depart the pickup area at the airport, with no idea that I was supposed to get on it, before calling the hotel front desk and getting clear instructions.

I have stayed at Sonesta hotels before but this location didn’t give me the same satisfaction and good service I received o other properties. Staff and Room did not meet my expectation. I don’t think I will be back next time in the area.

Great place to stay. Clean and very spacious room and comfortable beds. WiFi was a bit hard to connect the first night, but no issues the second night. The pool was disappointing—not very clean, so we didn’t use it.

It was really close to the airport. We literally dropped off the rental and walked back to the hotel! Wish there was a sundries store nearby or at the hotel. AC was too loud.

Service no towels no toilet paper. Bummed out I really enjoy coming here to get away. Maybe they were busy. Still coming back.

The location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable. The room did not match the advertised listing, communication was poor, and my concerns have still not been addressed by the property.
