Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott San Jose Airport

Great hotel, but the airport shuttle was out of service when we needed it, but it was fine. Good breakfast :)

Updated rooms or cleaned

Everything, except the pool needs to be cleaned .

The air conditioning/fan system did not work properly.

Everything was amazing from the staff when checking in to breakfast and the room. We were definitely sad the spa was broken but that’s something uncontrollable.

Staff were very helpful when I realized that we didn't have a room with a kitchen, just a regular room with a narrow balcony. We didn't bother using the balcony.

The location

The room was comfortable and clean, appreciated having breakfast included, the pool area was very nice. There are a couple places to grab food right next door, which was very convenient. Nothing!

When am I going to property? Staff is so wonderful here.

I loved the large magnolia trees and walkways. The property is close to the airport and a gas station. Our room had a balcony. My only complaint is the positioning of the toilet paper holder. Everything else was great.

We needed a hotel close to SJC, and this perfectly for the bill. In the evening, I wouldn’t be out walking after dark.

This was an excellent place, but they didn't clean our room and they didn't give us clean towels

The hotel was a great location, loved the balcony and would stay there again.

Really nice property, clean and a lot of food places around the area and walking distance I like that the swimming pool was heated and it was very quiet

Good location. Good breakfast. The elevator wasn't working the night we stayed.

Spacious room, clean, friendly staff, convenient to travelers, but beware of parking fees.

Need to have more healthy options at breakfast , and mugs for coffee not just plastic lined paper cups
