My family really enjoys this hotel. It is very close to downtown San Jose. The staff are the most helpful and friendly. The front desk has helped me when needed in a very professional way.Breakfast here is delicious. they have a great variety and the staff keep it nice and clean. The rooms are clean and spacious. the pool could be a little cleaner ,but the jacuzzi is a good option.

It was great

We got in late from the airport and needed a quick stay for the night so that we could head back to the airport to pick up our car rental. We even had free shuttle service the next morning to the airport to pick up the car rental. We had an excellent stay for the price with a free continental breakfast.

This was my second stay and the second time my room was not ready. This time they did not have the room type that I reserved for a month in advance. They asked me if I needed the handicapped room that I requested.

Our first time here and were given a room at the back side of the hotel with a balcony blocked by trees and branches, which should be trimmed so that the balcony view is not obstructed. The elevator too had a problem, was getting stuck all the time, for 2-3 minutes on its way going up. Not good for anyone who is claustrophobic. Other than that, the hotel is clean, the complimentary breakfast was good, and was nice to be in the location next to a Starbucks and pizza restaurants.

Great hotel, but the airport shuttle was out of service when we needed it, but it was fine. Good breakfast :)

Updated rooms or cleaned

Everything, except the pool needs to be cleaned .

The air conditioning/fan system did not work properly.

Everything was amazing from the staff when checking in to breakfast and the room. We were definitely sad the spa was broken but that’s something uncontrollable.

Staff were very helpful when I realized that we didn't have a room with a kitchen, just a regular room with a narrow balcony. We didn't bother using the balcony.

Everything was good

This was an excellent place, but they didn't clean our room and they didn't give us clean towels

It's a convenient nice location.

The hotel was a great location, loved the balcony and would stay there again.
