The suite was spacious and worked well for our family. The full kitchen had everything we needed, including cookware, dishes, and utensils. It gave our boys room to relax and play when we were back at the hotel. Unfortunately, two of the biggest reasons we booked were unavailable. We were told at check-in that this location doesn’t have an airport shuttle—only their sister property does. I’m not sure if that was an Expedia listing issue or the hotel’s, but it meant paying for unexpected Uber rides. The pool was also closed for renovations, which was disappointing during the summer. One thing to know: if you need fresh towels or sheets, you have to bag up the used ones and exchange them at the front desk. The staff was very kind, but I wish this had been explained at check-in instead of when we needed replacements. Overall, it was a decent stay with friendly staff and plenty of space for our family. Would I stay again? I’m not sure, mainly because two of the amenities we booked for weren’t available.

Don’t plan on getting the room any cooler than 69° (as directed at check-in or the unit will freeze up). Lastly, I’d hoped to check-out & grab a cup of coffee in the lobby (non-existent at 5:30 am) then share my experience with the clerk upon leaving the property, but alas, only a propped-up sign on the front desk offered any semblance of a sounding board. For longer stays, you can definitely make this property work… after all, a street sweeper going by before 0500 am is something anyone can get used to with enough time and conditioning, right?! It’s worth the few extra bills to head a bit further south to all that downtown San Jose has to offer.

Toilet in one of the master baths was really noisy, may need a new gasket. But otherwise no complaints, would definitely stay again.

The only thing remotely decent about this hotel is the free Breakfast. Everything else was terrible. There was trash on the floor, dripping toilet, water pooling on the floor by the shower, the curtains don’t shut completely, rats in the bushes, and there wasn’t even a telephone to call the front desk. Later, they put in the telephone, but it didn’t work. One guest told us at breakfast that a rat felt from the ceiling from the sitting area in her room. Horrible experience! Will not stay there ever again! Wish we could have our money back.

Exceptional

Overall pleased with comfort and cleanliness of the interior of our suite. However, there seemed to be a plumbing issue with pipes under our bedroom as there was a wet patch of carpet that wouldn’t go away we had to lay towels over it so as not to get slippery wet feet on the tile. Only there overnight, so it was r a big deal.. but had we stayed longer it would be an issue. The exterior of the property is in need of landscaping maintenance. Some trash and weeds and lots of dry grass. The breakfast was out of most food by 8:30 when we came in to eat. So disappointed that the 7-9 window to eat, wasn’t really true. It’s first come first served, and too bad if there’s no more food.

We stayed here after a FIFA World Cup game and the suite was clean, quiet and well laid-out for two couples/small families to share. It was a 15 minute walk to the Karina blue VTA station which was convenient to get to Levi’s Stadium, and a 6 minute Uber to SJC. Would recommend!
