Sonesta ES Suites San Jose Airport

This place looks nothing like the pictures. It is a long term stay facility which I’ve stayed in others before but this was hands down one of the worst places to date. Air conditioner issues, no hot water, they did move us rooms which it did have hot water but it was in bad shape. The door looked like someone had tried to break in by prying it open, didn’t shut well, had a lot of play in it, carpet was bulging up in several places, broken handle on the bathroom door. We had traveled from Texas with our 18 month old and it just didn’t make me safe! Would not recommend staying here at all!!

room was clean and access to freeway and food

The room size was perfect for my family, it felt like an apartment with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Good

There is nothing you can like about a place that is INFESTED with ROACHES! Cockroachs everywhere huge to very small.

I had always stayed at this place and it was fine this time it was terrible. Breakfast was terrible. The staff wasn’t really helpful and not everything was working in room like the coffee pot not all utensils, plates, and other things you need to cook for available in the room no ice in the freezer

Upon arrival to our room, there was a security guard in the room “taking a break”. He stated he was told the room was unoccupied for the night. He then left, leaving an ice cream sandwich and a pitcher full of iced tea in the freezer fridge. We then returned the items to the front desk person, who did not even bother to accommodate or make up for this bizarre encounter. Visible cockroaches were also seen outside on the property. There were also spilt trash bags outside of rooms. We were also told on check-in that they have no maintenance staff at night.

Exceptional

I loved my stay. The place was great and enjoyed it all. I didn't like the fact that our plumbing was backed, the dish wear in the cubert was dirty and I ate glass from the salsa bar.

Jamás fueron a hacer aseo en las dos semanas que estuve allí y aparte se molestaron por qué lo pedí

Superb

Very good

Room meet all our needs and was a lovely room. Nothing major. I was aware that it was located away from restaurants etc so heavily relied on Uber and public transport but worth it for the room set up

Really enjoyed my stay, walked into my room and it smelled very clean. Bedding was very comfortable and the two bed room option was very spacious! I will save this location and definitely be staying here again. Also, breakfast was probably the best breakfast I have ever had stay at a hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm covered in fleas from my pet; they've bitten me so much that I've fallen ill.

Breakfast was ok but some days they didn’t have much. The room had a lot to be desired. The carpet needed to be cleaned. The bed was comfortable. The worst part was the grounds. There was always garbage over flowing in the 2 dumpsters and there were rats around the property. We only stayed here for the location and small kitchen.

Exceptional

Propery was awesome, only thing is that the breakfast was awful

We went in for an early check in. Got to the room and it was not cleaned, still had trash and undone beds. Went down to let the staff know and when we got back into the room, within 5 minutes, we found a cockroach in the living room area. We grabbed our stuff and asked for our refund right away.

Me gusta muy tranquilo limpio y silencioso para un descanso
