The staff had an attitude and were bothered to be spoken to. Always on their cellphones. No ice machine either.

The rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was surprisingly delicious and the free shuttle to the airport was a pleasant surprise! Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient to the airport. Very nice room - comfortable, quiet and clean Shuttle service upon arrival very slow. We waited 1/2 hour at the airport after calling because driver had gone to supper. Had to call a second time. The morning of our flight there was no shuttle, but they provided a taxi, which was fine. We booked the hotel because they had the shuttle and free breakfast. Breakfast is 6:30 am during week and 7:00 on weekends. Too late for those with morning flights. There should be some options for early birds.

Breakfast wasn’t bad at all.It was descent what you expect continental it’s better than some other hotels that offers continental breakfast

We stayed for one night for my daughter’s soccer tournament and I would definitely book this hotel again! Everything was excellent, breakfast was amazing, everything very clean, and staff super helpful and friendly! Thank you to the staff very grateful for all your hard work and dedication.

We had a really good experience here. The breakfast selection was awesome! There is a great oatmeal bar for my wife and plenty of options for my daughter and me to build breakfast burritos. The room itself was very quiet (no loud neighbors or slamming doors) and the bed was super comfy. Housekeeping was incredibly quick to deliver anything we needed to the room. Plus, you can't beat the location for getting to the airport, Santa Clara University, or shopping at Santana Row and Valley Fair. We'll be back for sure!

Breakfast is pretty good. Food is warm and there is a variety of items. I didn't like the "pet deposit". It was $100.00. They charge and keep it - not refundable like the room deposit.

Great breakfast, comfy room with ample space. Decor is a bit dated. There should be a sliding door between the sink area and bed.

Room size and amenities very good standard. Recommended hotel!
