Nice staff decent property. Could use better cleaning but overall not bad

Absolutely terrible. Hotel smelled like weed. Bed was from the 80's with springs popping out. Remote for TV only some buttons worked.

The place was a dump

The photos and advertisements on Expedia did not match reality. I was terrified spending the night there, and the only thing available for breakfast was muffins—which were inedible.

Third worst place we've ever stayed. Extended stay in this case= flop house. It looks nice from the street with all the trees and it looks fairly new. The girl at the counter was new and very nice. That's where the niceness stops. There's trash all around the facility inside the first and third floors reek of marijuana. No trashcan out front. Our room had a poorly patched hole in the wall. There was pink ??? Around the drain and on the edge of the tub. It looked like someone had tried to paint the tub as well. The pillow had what appeared to be blood stains I didn't see until I flipped it over in the morning. The chair had some unknown substances on it and the side had drips of I don't know what. The sink backed up. The headboard had all kinds of smears and stains on it. The elevator hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The second floor stairwell features a desk chair and two empty Smirnoff Ice bottles. There were boxes in the hallways. Someone decided that painting without taping off around all of the things on the walls was a thing The security door was propped open which means the alarm doesn't work. Did I mention the howling dogs last night? The staff was nice. One of them apologized when I gave them this list this morning. The other one just looked at me and walked off. Could be very nice with a little effort and more enforcement of cleanliness/marijuana rules.

I was traveling on business and arrived late in the evening. Went to the room. Had full kitchen but absolutely no kitchen supplies. Not even a glass to drink tap water from. Went down in the morning and found out that I needed to go to the front desk to ask for my "kitchen kit"?? I was so tired. The only thing in the room was a single bar of soap and towels. When I asked for a cup to drink from, i was told to grab a Styrofoam coffee cup from the lobby coffee pot. Totally pissed off. Checked out a day early and Expedia quickly helped me rebook another hotel, BUT the hotel charged my credit card for both nights directly. Wasn't billed thru expedia. Shady place. not recommended.

I like that the staff was welcoming when we first got there After we got there though staff disappeared and towels was scarce. And the bathroom, oh my god, it was so disgusting. Hair everywhere.

That the new front desk person tried to help. Manager didn't care. Nothing worked. The compliance for ADA laws were not followed. When I told them the shower bench came out of the wall while assisting my 85 year handicap dad, nothing was taken seriously. They didnt even check, I did take pictures. I caought my dad from falling, but im injured. They had my dadbsleep on a recliner that did not recliner back. Mynhusband and I slept on the hard floor, because with my dad health issues he could not sleep with legs down all night.

There were no amenities. I got there to check in and the attendant was asleep and i waited for about 45 minutes trying to open the door calling. I got in because another customer stying there came around the front with a key card and opened the door. When i asked why was he waiting for the attendant that was still asleep at this point he said it’s because he needed. a room change because his had roaches in it. Along with him was one other person also waiting to checkin while the attendant was still asleep. While inside we still had trouble waking him up it took probably another 15 minutes after getting inside for him to hear us and help. While checking in he attempted to charge me again for the night even though i gave him all the information showing i booked and payed through expedia. When i got to the room there was no hand soap. There was no body wash. There was not shampoo or conditioner. I could not sleep peacefully knowing that other rooms were infested with roaches. Do not stay here. Very poorly ran i am very disappointed this is a first for me.

First room we were given had someone in it and the room reeked of cigarettes. Went to a 2nd room, the outside of the fridge had brown hand prints on it and bed spread was dirty. When we pulled back the blankets there was black curly long hair all over the bed and looked like it had never been changed feom the last person. Went to the 3rd room, reeked of cigarettes, floor had water all over it, outside of the fridge had dirt streaks all over it and the toilet paper holder was broken and sitting on the sink and the shower didn't work. So we checked out and didn't stay. However, no refund was issued.

SO I IMMEDIATELY TURNED AROUND TOOK PICTURES WENT BACK DOWNSTAIRS AND REQUESTED A REFUND. WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET. I REBOOKED A Room at Somesta San ajose. It was absolutely perfect.

Waited over 20 to be checked in. There is no lobby with seating only an entryway. So I had to stand around with my luggage. Staff arrived with Burger King and walked past us and said nothing. No thanks for waiting or sorry about the wait. They just walked behind the desk and put their dinner down then asked if I was checking in. Once I received my room key I went to the room and opened the door. It was pitch black and I was confused for a second because at first glance it looked like it might be the supply closet. The room was filled from the floor to the top of the TV with stuff. Then I looked closer and realized this is someone's room. They were either sleeping or not there, but I quickly closed the door. I let the staff know the room was already taken and they were confused. No apology for the mistake. My new room was decent. The white counter top behind the stove was gray from all the cooking. The shower curtain is hung so high that it does not reach the tub. So when showering all the water goes on the floor. When checking out at 7:50 am, we were supposed to have a free breakfast, but there was only coffee. There was no staff at the front desk to help us.

Remote did not work. Trash in hall kinda funky smell.
