Staff was friendly. I wish they gave us info on the breakfast. Having little ones it would have really help hold them over til we ate. The pull out didn’t have linens in the room so we have to request them and they didn’t have extra pillows. Only a bar of soap to wash hands in the restroom. So it was bare minimum.

The hair dryer in our room was also broken, but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately provided us with another one, which I really appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the service. With a more comfortable bed, it would have been an even better experience.

A staff member was very unprofessional we have a autistic child and she kicked us out of room before check out we had a reservation for another week she tried not refoundibg us for her doing and false information was very emberessed that all our belongings wad put out on side cause of her actions then tried lying saying we were harassing her by asking to speak to manager to remove the situation did not appreciate how we got treated dont think all ever ho back to this location north side extended stay on other hand was very helpful and appreciate everything they did to help us they even got treated to a gift for our appreciation thank you Stephanie and the other beautiful lady who helped us you gave great customer service

Terrible.

The property has so much potential. But the property is so run down. It was smelly and dirty. Staff was not particularly helpful. There was no breakfast like they said. The only thing we found nice was the room size was big and feels comfortable. But everything else just seems questionable.

Floor was not swept when we arrived. There were holes in the curtains and the bathroom made a weird noise when showering.

This l was one of the worst stays we have ever had. From the rude unhelpful staff, to the appliances not working, sparking and had to be unplugged from the wall to be safe. This was reported at the time of arrival and was told it couldn’t be fixed until the day of departure 4days/3nights later. I will not stay here again nor recommend anyone to stay here. I also want to mention there is an Extended Stay literally right next door that are not affiliated, and is 100 times better experience than this hotel.

It had a full size refrigerator and the AC worked well. Walked in the front door and was completely overwhelmed by the smell of weed. The staff was very unprofessional, it was dirty, you can tell that several of the rooms are where people actually live, you have to have two different credit cards to check in, when we got to the room, there were toe nail clippings on the floor, cobwebs and spiders on the ceiling, and stains on the furniture and curtains. We slept a few hours, then got back on the road as soon as we could. We did not feel safe there.

Stayed for two nights. The hallways and room smelled bad. It's named extended stay, but there is nothing in the room, you have to ask for glasses, cups, plates, etc. The grab and go breakfast is kcup coffee and small packets of mini muffins. There was a family in the room above us and they were running and jumping until 10 pm both nights. The lock on our door was faulty and i had to replace the key card. There were several strange people milling around the parking lot at night and i was worried my car would be broken into. I doubt i will ever stay here again.

The staff were not friendly they had no coffee for 2 days hotel says free continental breakfast no water no coffee asked the staff they just said we ran out didn’t care to offer to resolved the inconvenience not staying there ever again

Nothing really. The lobby smelled terrible. It was dirty and the rooms as well. The host keeps calling to see when we will check out before the checkout time. Bathroom toilet was dirty with shit and when I called to let them know the host said if we would like to clean it with supplies they will bring. My husband felt unsafe.

I was very disappointed with our stay overall. When we first arrived, the lady who helped us check in was very nice and welcoming, and I initially had a good impression of the property. However, once we went upstairs to our room, I started noticing some cleanliness concerns. There was food left on the hallway floor that had not been picked up by staff. When we entered our room, everything initially seemed fine. We checked the beds for bedbugs and thankfully did not find any. The kitchen area inside the room was also clean. However, when I went into the bathroom, I noticed that the toilet bowl had a visible stain from feces. When I lifted the lid, I also noticed a small blood stain. My husband notified the staff and asked if someone could clean the bathroom. They offered to switch us to another room, but we declined because we had already unpacked our belongings. The staff member said she would provide us with cleaning supplies so we could take care of it ourselves, and we agreed. Unfortunately, the cleaning supplies were never brought to our room. The next morning, I decided not to have breakfast at the property because of my overall experience. At checkout, we also received a call asking us to bring the dolly cart downstairs and asking what time we planned to leave. Since we were aware of the stated checkout time, I felt uncomfortable being asked what time we were leaving. Most importantly, the property overall did not feel comfortable or welcoming for me as a parent traveling with small children. Because of the cleanliness issues and the overall atmosphere during our stay, I would not recommend this property to families with young children

When I walked in using Expedia reservation, I was given room number 314. When I went upstairs, the room was occupied by soemone. I cam downstairs and spoke to frontdesk. She said that's the room that is avilable. She did not even honor that it was management mistake and they were shortstaffed to clean the rooms that morning. I asked to call the General Manger and she told that I can't speak to her like that. She said she will call the police. Everything was being recorded behind the register camera. After two hours, she finally gave a refund. During these two hours, I saw three people having the same issues after me. They can't tell even that they don't have room available. Horrible experience.

My reservation was cancelled upon arrival with no explanation and no attempt to help find other accommodations. Never got any further than the checkin desk.

The location is easy to find and near shopping and food. The rest, a mess. It is dirty, outdated and waited 30min for my room after check in time. The front desk rep tried her best and was polite.
