Rooms were smelling, upon request got another room where washbasin not draining water, again moved to another room where found pillow with dark spots. Overall the stay was not pleasant, we could not stayed for the original booked stay, we had to let go and cut down out stay and vacation. I do not recommend based on the experience I had. I hope they take care and improve future guests experience.

Floral scenery outside property was nice. Inside was outdated... shady characters add guests.. felt abandoned.. not busy. Staff were too nonchalant and the walls were thin. Sure if you're out most of the day like we were, it was fine. But nothing I'd want ti hang out in all day. Gym looked so so and outdoor pool were there.. didn't use either.. preferred ti drive to the beaches

Rude front desk with an unwelcome demeanor. Compiled with a dirty bathroom (hair on the shower wall, stains on the floor leading to a dirty towel on the floor covering some kind of human mess like vomit), made the stay here most likely my last.

The room was on the first floor near closest to the fitness room and the entrance to the pool. It was also close to an exit near the parking lot. The check-in area was cozy. Our specific room seemed dilapidated. As soon as I entered, I was immediately put-off. The bathroom sink was to the right of the entrance. The rugs were noticeably stained. The floors near the bathroom had two dead pill bugs, which made me think the room hasn't been cleaned for awhile. I'm surprised because I checked in several hours after first check-in. I walked into the bathtub/toilet area and observed minor black stains on the ceiling that resembled black mold. In addition, the walk-in closet door and bathroom doors were outdated. The bedroom area was okay despite the stains. Continuing on with our initial walkthrough, we found a sock obviously visible underneath the main table. This furthered my suspicions that the room wasn't inspected/cleaned for awhile. Finally, I noticed the window drape/covering didn't fully cover the windows. This was important since the room is on the first floor and someone outside had about an inch of space to look into the room. I had two children with me, which made me fear for our privacy and safety.

Large rooms, very comfortable bed and close to the light rail station to travel into the city Nothing, it is a little bit outdated but for the price it’s perfect

No breakfast served at morning.

Our room was not clean. The floor in the restroom was dirty. The sheets on the felt like there Little Rock’s all over the sheets. The sheets looked so dingy. Places to eat were not near by. I won’t be staying again.

Terrible internet WiFi, couldn’t get any work done since WiFi kept going out and not very good cellphone service

Old and run down property. The place is falling apart and yet they take $200 for damage deposit. Attitude of the of the receptionist , she is intimidating and stubborn, cannot get favorable customer service out of her

The clientele were very sketchy. Lot of permanent residents. Most were not English speakers. Not even as a second language. Too many permanent people living there.

Okay condition

Location, too bad the restaurant next door is closed 40 cops in the parking lot. Dim parking lot. Elevator didn’t work. Exit/entry doors that were previously used to get and out now have an alarm.

Terrible, they charge me for the hotel but not let me stay? And they didn’t give me a refund!! Never again don’t stay in this place!

the receptionist was amazing! So kind. She works morning shifts. Very helpful.
