The hotel was run down. The sign was missing from outside. Floor was missing a piece. We ended up leaving to find another hotel.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was really comfortable, and the pillows were plush. The entire place could use updating. I felt like I walked into a time warp, taking me back to the 1980's. But I want to emphasize that the property was extremely clean and had no odors.

Free parking. Clean. Slightly dated.

I was there for five days and the room was resupplied two times. Needed to ask for coffee to use in the room

Deposit was way more than what the actual room was .

The bed sheets and mattress had multiple visible stains and appeared dirty. On top of that, the room had a very strong marijuana odor, making it extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable to stay in. Because of the condition and smell of the room, I had no choice but to cut my stay short. When I went to the front desk to let them know I would be checking out early, the receptionist asked why. I explained the issues, but she did not offer any solution or assistance. When I asked about receiving a refund for the unused portion of my stay, I was told that I needed to contact Expedia. I then contacted Expedia, only to be told that they could not issue a refund because the hotel’s policy does not allow it. I understand that policies exist, but guests should not be expected to pay for a stay they could not reasonably complete because of cleanliness and odor issues. I am extremely disappointed with how the hotel handled the situation and with the lack of effort to resolve the problem. I would strongly recommend addressing the cleanliness of the rooms and the persistent marijuana odor, as well as improving how guest complaints are handled.
