Even though there was an even at the venue we were not able to listen to the music. So, that was a good thing for us.

It’s a cool hotel and the front desk star is awesome super helpful
-
Not to bad
-
Dingy hotel that felt extremely old and musty, like it hasn’t had a deep cleaning since it’s inception. The online pictures were very misleading to the quality of the rooms.
-
The front desk staff was fantastic

Wasn't able to connect to the internet.

My friend and I got trapped in the elevator on the 3rd floor for nearly an hour at 2am. None of the buttons for the other floors would respond, and when we tried pushing the emergency call button, it just went in automated voiceover loops before ending in a busy signal. I tried holding down the alarm siren button repeatedly for minutes at a time, but apparently the front desk clerk was unable to hear it at all from the first floor. During our lengthy entrapment, the elevator would repeatedly make lurching and jarring movements that were absolutely terrifying. Eventually we started banging on the doors and screaming for help, but nobody came to our assistance. After awhile the elevator started moving and dumped us off on the 2nd floor. I read other reviews and this elevator has trapped other people including a woman and her infant. If Expedia is going to send people here, they should contact the management and demand that they fix this dangerous elevator.

Very quiet
-
Always a great experience. This is the first place I think about when I need to stay the night in San Jose.

AC is very loud. A door handle broke when trying to open a door. They came and accepted that something went wrong in our room regarding electricity but denied it to hotels.com.

Parking was decent

Door handle broke when we tried to open a door that leads outside the hotel. Front desk was rude when we told him that there was no electricity and acted like if it was our fault. This hotel has potential but really needs work. We wanted to leave the firs of 2 night but they would not refund our money. AC is very loud.

The hotel is old and needs to be demolished renting it to customers. It is not worth your time. The carpet stinks in the shower and all the amenities in the room are outdated and old. Not worth it
-
The property was quiet and the rooms were very large. That being said, the property is quite dated and there is a homeless population across the street. However, the value for the size of the room and quiet rooms was still worth it.
-
The door can’t closed. I have to go to the receptionist to solve the problem. Very scary
-
Not bad. The staff is nice. The place could use an update and deep cleaning. The biggest complaint is the WiFi is awful.
-
Great Check In

The bed was very lumpy and not comfortable at all
