La Hacienda San Jose Silicon Valley

The property was quiet and the rooms were very large. That being said, the property is quite dated and there is a homeless population across the street. However, the value for the size of the room and quiet rooms was still worth it.

The door can’t closed. I have to go to the receptionist to solve the problem. Very scary

Not bad. The staff is nice. The place could use an update and deep cleaning. The biggest complaint is the WiFi is awful.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean. Hotel is far away from places like the Airport and SAP Centre but the VTA isn't far away!!

"I wanted to provide some brief feedback regarding my checkout experience. During the deposit payment, receptionist seemed a bit unfamiliar with the payment process when my card was declined on the tap terminal. For this specific type of transaction, the card simply needed to be inserted so I could enter my PIN. It might be helpful to provide a quick refresher on card terminal procedures to ensure smoother transactions for future guests." However, the facility looks clean enough despite its age.

Construction workers wouldn't mind this hotel.

Place is clean large rooms, daily maid service if you use the door hangar, swimming pool was maintained and quiet.

The keys are a pain! Don’t place them anywhere near you phone 😵‍💫

I didn't actually stay in the room, my daughter did. She said it was comfortable, but that she wished there was breakfast.

Rooms were smelling, upon request got another room where washbasin not draining water, again moved to another room where found pillow with dark spots. Overall the stay was not pleasant, we could not stayed for the original booked stay, we had to let go and cut down out stay and vacation. I do not recommend based on the experience I had. I hope they take care and improve future guests experience.

Floral scenery outside property was nice. Inside was outdated... shady characters add guests.. felt abandoned.. not busy. Staff were too nonchalant and the walls were thin. Sure if you're out most of the day like we were, it was fine. But nothing I'd want ti hang out in all day. Gym looked so so and outdoor pool were there.. didn't use either.. preferred ti drive to the beaches

Rude front desk with an unwelcome demeanor. Compiled with a dirty bathroom (hair on the shower wall, stains on the floor leading to a dirty towel on the floor covering some kind of human mess like vomit), made the stay here most likely my last.

Initial room had bad odor.

Our room was not clean. The floor in the restroom was dirty. The sheets on the felt like there Little Rock’s all over the sheets. The sheets looked so dingy. Places to eat were not near by. I won’t be staying again.
