Clean room comfortable bed spacious room and shower but there’s a issue the parking fee that I didn’t know about it but there are other choices to choose from thanks anyway

Room was great! Front desk was very nice helpful, with a “can do” attitude which was great!! Will stay there again!

Everything about our stay was great overall. Just a note for other travelers: parking costs an extra $10 USD. Aside from that, we had no complaints and would happily stay again.

Big, clean room.

- friendly, nice, helpful staff - spacious room and shower - delicious free coffee - quiet - A/C worked well The bad: - the bed was itchy (I slept poorly) - the toilet seat was beat up - they began clearing the buffet 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time (there was plenty of food and we were still eating) - elevator door closes fast I chose this hotel due to brand name and price. I will consider other hotels before returning.

The privacy the stafff gives . Goid customer service they were understanding The rooms are nice and comphy. Good price and breakfast was good. There is a stores in walking distance 24 shop for atm or tabacco. Fairgrounds close by quite nights. The laundry machines wound not work with my cards.

It was clean, comfortable. You can hear everything from the next room. Also the staff didn't clean up my room. The receptionist had to come clean it up. Crazzyyy.

Laundry using was an issue, we ended up going to a laundry mat. Other wise pretty nice place.

Not as good as I hoped. Not well Mai rained and the staff was not very nice or polite. Not well cared for

The room was really clean and comfortable. There was breakfast in the morning. The room itself was perfectly clean, with spotless bed sheets and a clean bathroom. There was also coffee on the first floor with a coffee machine, and breakfast in the morning. The parking was also safe and underground.

Good breakfast. Safe parking garage but had to pay$10.00 extra for parking. OK for the time we were there.

Excellent stay on business. Safe, secure, quiet, great bed, excellent staff. Will return!

Good The upstairs room was heard a lot step running and noise.we can’t sleep.

The hotel and room were clean and modern, reception staff were friendly, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, but had limited options. The only downside was traffic noise outside around 5:30-6:00 am, making it difficult to sleep any later than that.

They just need to update their towels (running a bit old) The hotel is clean at all times of day, Comfy and relaxing. Beds are yummy and over all the rooms are very well equipped and up to date. The staff is polite, helpful and effective. Parking is great, very comfortable. Gym is well equipped and spotless. There is a lovely supermarket right besides the hotel: Chavez Spotless clean, so organized and with delicious food! Over all very practical and comfy for a business trip.

This is a great hotel and reasonably priced! The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Can't say the same for the breakfast attendant. She was rather rude and cranky. There were loud occupants on our floor. Not the fault of the hotel. Just inconsiderate people being loud in the hallway at 730 am

It has always clean and we are always welcome there The lady that serves the breakfast could smile and be more friendly. I was looking for creamer and was not greeted very friendly about it. I felt as though I was bothering her.
