I love staying there the staff are so helpful and they made sure I had everything I needed

Location was good for us visiting family locally. Room was good and we had no issues. Breakfast was ok but not exceptional but was well serviced by staff. We would stay there again. The breakfast area was a bit cramped and many people took food away to eat in their rooms.

For the purpose of our visit, funeral, good location. Old room, no coffee maker in room, breakfast lady rude

Nice staff… very clean rooms — we had a nice stay!

A worker broke into our room and stole only the bag of both my daughters underwear, sports bras, diapers, as well as my slippers and sweater that were in the bag, then went to the bed and stole both my girls robe's that were set up on their bed. They refused to refund us so we had no choice but to stay both nights, we had to put a chair in front of the door and take EVERYTHING every time we left the property.

Staff definitely exceeded my expections. As a single mom with 3 kids who can be overly energetic, the staff greeted us with warm smiles, pointed us in the direction of the pool and even turned on the jets of the hot tub so it would be ready for me after I packed in all our stuff. Great hospitality is harder to come by these days, but the staff here were exceptional. Rooms were slightly dated, but the overall size was spacious

Everything was wonderful except there was a cockroach in my room. The day I was leaving and it was so gross. Unfortunately, I would never stay there again. The location was excellent. I would just like to mention that there was a resident who said they live there and started washing their vehicle and was in an no parking area next to handicap where we were and started washing their car. Our car had just been washed. It was 90° outside. It was very disappointing that this person disrespected our property and not too cause problem. My Husband move the vehicle, which we had the right to be in a handicap and he was not in an area that was even to be parked at. It says clearly no parking. That parking slot is for handicap. When getting out of the car.

The parking is very limited at this location, but the rooms are clean and well-furnished. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is older and showing its age. The new Holiday Inn next door makes parking difficult. The TV relied on wifi and kept freezing.

Clean rooms and good breakfast

I immediately went back to the lobby to request a full refund because the condition of the room was unacceptable and unsanitary. Unfortunately, the staff member told me there was nothing they could do and that I had to contact Expedia since I booked through them. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful after traveling. Guests should not be checked into rooms that are not cleaned or ready, especially after official check-in time.

The hotel location was too noisy due to the Moterey Rd. This road it is busy day and night.
