SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western San Jose Central City

Breakfast good room clean

Place looks terrible dangerous I didn’t even wanted to check-in I prefer lost my money cause this hotel doesn’t offer cancellations

Our room was clean, the location was great and the surrounding silence was so wonderful. You have everything available to you. Shopping Outlets, plenty of restaurants. The only urgency we found, was there were not any coffee shops close by! It was a great stay 😬

Exceptional

overall good. The staff was excellent, They did miss one wake call. facilities were run down. Overall good experience.

The price and hot tub.. The loud neighbors late outside

There is no one working at the property. Communication is a lie.

The breakfast was great and the stay was comfortable

The jets in the tub were slightly better than outside hot tub. The tub base was blackish. Bathroom light casing rusted. The breakfast was minimal and slightly better than packaged pastries. If amenities are important to you, skip this hotel. But if you’re looking for a value priced room it’s a fair deal. Over all poor to fair is my evaluation.

Hotel room was clean but there was a weird smell, and the ac thermostat wasn't working, so it would only turn on when it felt like it. Parking was terrible. And some strange man kept knocking on my door saying he was housekeeping. So that was scary. OK place I guess, but not great if you're a single woman staying like I was.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. We probably wouldn't stay here again.

Tnx

Location The front desk clerk is a jerk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! T.V. didnt work, the when it did ,remote didnt work and was stuck on only 1 channel. Front desk did nothing to fix problem.

Passable

The hotel was not pleasant. There was homeless people in the parking lot. And seemed dangerous to go out at night

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was pretty good. The pool and jacuzzi needed to be vacuumed, they were both pretty dirty.

The location was great, walkable and very close to drive to main tourist spots. The staff were very friendly. The morning selection was very minimal but were good staples of breakfast. Very unclean. The refrigerator in the room didn't work very well and a towel in the bathroom was rolled up, wet, and visibly dirty. I almost used it on my body when I first showered 30 mins after I arrived.

Couldn’t park uhaul truck there and was not refunded. Waste of money and had to find a place 10 minutes away that had a normal sized parking lot.
