Location It took a while for the refrigerator and AC to get cool.

Good price, good service, clean room There was nothing not to like

It's an economy hotel and lives up to the price you pay.

Na Beds were kinda hard

It’s a simple clean room. The wi-Fi worked well. There was shampoo/conditioner, soap, iron w board, hairdryer, coffee pot (bring own coffee), fridge.. didn’t see any bugs, bed was comfortable, quiet, and all the people I saw outside were nice, didn’t get a strange vibe and as solo female traveler this was nice.

Not clean, sink seemed stained. Could not shower in the bathroom.

The bed was ok, bedspread was dirty, pillows were horrible. Bathtub horrible. The AC worked. NO COFFEE OR FOOD IN THE LOCKED BREAKFAST ROOM. I had to go find a place to get coffee. Small pot in room not ever any good with fake cream. Ceilings had dust pods clinging to it. Its basically not an appealing place to stay. I'd NEVER RETURN for any reason.

The room was spacious and the bath was clean. The mattress was extremely nice and comfy! Great value for a 1 or 2 night stay. I don't know that I'd stay longer than that at one time. I would book again for a short stay. The motel was very old and could use some updating. The arms for the 2 chairs were very loose when we tried to move the chairs.

Location to where we were going. They were truly so sweet to us. The room was soooo big with 3 queen beds. We really enjoyed our stay. N/A

Convenient clean and friendly

No breakfast, but the location is really close to Rio Vista Falls park. Closer than any other hotel in San Marcos. Walking distance 5 minutes. That makes this place special and with a ton of potential. Very nice people at the desk. Best value in town, no insects. A little paint here and there, but the value covers everything. Plus they’re friendly folks.

It was close to work had a smoking room easy excess to where I needed to go and quiet. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly Could have been on the bottom floor and a little cleaner

Absolutely nothing It was old, smelly and dirty. Stained old carpets. The air didn’t work. It was the only hotel in the area available. And I can see why.

And to top everything off, our mini fridge and microwave went out at some point during the day today while we were gone, and the dirty carpet around it is soaking wet. So our food was spoiled.

First of all, this hotel is old and located directly next to IH35. With that being said, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was as clean as it could be. There was soap, shampoo. The bed was comfortable. But the best part? The air conditioning worked fantastically. Overall, for the price, it was a good experience and I would recommend.
