The room was clean and very spacious. Also pet friendly. Plentiful parking. Overall very nice.

When we arrived at our hotel from, the door was cracked open, it smelled of smoke and mildew, there was hair in the sheets of both beds, the floors were filthy (see the pic of the white washcloth we used to wipe the floor), there was hair in the refrigerator (see the pc), there was grim on the refrigerator and cabinets (see pics). The lamp shades were stained, scraped and dented. The a/c didn’t work and the beds were so uncomfortable. We couldn’t sleep because we were scared (drunk people staggering around the hotel hallways, pool and lobby, sketch neighborhood and rough guests staying there). A man was walking the halls with a cigarette in his mouth (no smoking hotel… The worst part is, the manger can to our room and said it smelled like smoke and then when we were checking out said that he knew we didn’t smoke because he checked the “recording devices he has in the rooms…” What!?! That is not legal. This was hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced in my life. It was a birthday gift for a friend and I was so embarrassed.

Hotel needs some upgrades. Not as clean as expected Not clean.

Air worked good. Cleanliness was awesome. Staff was nice. There was not any ice in ice machine the first night.

Closeness to Texas State University Breakfast selection. Waffles, muffins, bread and bagels. No juice. No water.

Basic hotel was clean and employees were nice. Overall good to just sleep and bisic continental breakfast, does by bnot have much to eat.

Traffic noise too loud, we could not sleep at night. A.c. was not working properly, very humid in the room. The beds were hard. Continental breakfast not good.

Clean. Quiet. Respectful staff. Had an issue that the manager, possibly owner, handled graciously and left is feeling take care of and secure Absolutely nothing great value
