Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Austin San Marcos

Loved how dog friendly the property was! Clean and comfortable rooms as well. Good for the price.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, all features were as promoted by the hotel.

Very low water pressure in the shower. A/C struggled to get down to temp. Only one elevator was working, and it moved before door closing (a little scary, we took the stairs most of our stay). Breakfast was gross.

We called the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about it in until morning. (We were leaving the next day) horrible sleep and horrible stay.

Nothing fancy, but clean & close Texas State.

There was only one of two elevators working and we were on the 5th floor by the end of our stay on Monday the one elevator that was working had issues. That is the only complaint.

Wanted to get a second room but was told they were sold out - on the website it showed plenty available so not sure how that works. Washer was broke so we couldn't get an extra set of sheets. Again nothing major but Def effected the stay

Our room looked like it had some mold up in the corner of the room. Our toilet made an aweful whistling sound when you flushed it until it filled all the way up. The breakfast was not filled back up during breakfast. Also I’m not sure the staff was aware however a homeless lady came in and ate.

Love the property location. Had easy access to I-35 and could move about the area really quickly to destinations like Texas State, the Outlets and other attractions..

Staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean, and breakfast was good. We traveled with our dog and there were multiple grassy areas for her to explore. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was a hot one offered. Forks could be given an upgrade - hard to use flimsy. Coffee pot in room didn’t work - couldn’t figure out sink drain closed. Several areas had a water leak of some sort and not looking like it was being repaired quickly

The front desk Girl was very helpful, polite, and professional when I checked in place was great.

Both printers weren’t working so we couldn’t print something we needed, but other than that, no issues!

The bed was amazing!!!

Bed was comfy. Worst shower head ever, though.

Convenient location. The breakfast was great with a variety of items to choose from. From scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal and fruit, there's something for everyone. The staff was helpful and courteous.
