Easy parking ,quite clean .

Stay was doable. The room was not so clean. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Room was extremely hot. It took most of the night to cool the room.

Last minute trip to San Marcos for the TXST Football game. Limited hotel opportunity for the weekend. Stayed at the San Marcos Inn and was surprised. Room was clean, comfortable and had easy access to the game. Outside appearance not too exciting.

AC / Beds/ Shower/towels

Clean and friendly - price was no frills but very reasonable. I really appreciated the larger fridge and separate freezer space.

Only accessible outlet was at the sink. No place to charge a phone or run a laptop.

Cockroaches at the check-in window and moldy odor in the bedroom. After using the bathroom, I decided to take my family to another hotel down the road. My son laughed and said Dad that’s the most expensive bathroom break you’ve ever taken..

Good price and availability The room didn't smell clean . The a/c took forever to cool and it gave out and old musty smell. When we got to the room it was super hot and humid . Like it hadn't been ventilated in a long time

That is real clean. The staff is very well mannered and it’s around Chick-fil-A Dairy Queen Popeyes In-N-Out Burger. I loved it. Did you have to go all the way around the block to get into the property?

As you can see, we’ve been to this hotel a lot of time so obviously we like it We will come back over and over and over again

They’re cleanliness I I loved everything about it

It was older and the carpet need to be replace bleach stains, and the mattress was rock harded.
