Quality Inn University near Downtown

I didn’t like anything about the room. The room is super old and in bad condition. The bed & mattresses are full of stains. The walls are badly painted. The floor wall molding was coming off. The toilet paper holder was all rusty. The iron didn’t steam well and would leak water. The images on the website are misleading.

Rooms were clean and check in went seamlessly.

It was good for what we needed it for. Room was nice. It is an old style where you enter from outside. Find a parking spot was difficult. Facilities were clean.

Staff friendly

So horrible. Lots of bad bugs. Pillowcases dirty and smelly. Room was filthy with so many different bugs. Nothing nice to say.

This motel is exactly what you would expect for the price. Nothing more. Nothing less. The ac took hours to cool the room. But the beds were comfortable. The room has seen better days. But there was shampoo/conditioner in the shower. It seems as though the motel management was a little cheap on the breakfast buffet. There were eggs and sausage. No muffins. Bagels and bread to toast. Waffles. The juice selection was orange and apple. Coffee was pretty limited on choices. Cereal was available. Overall it was enough breakfast to get by. They charged my card twice for the $100 deposit. Yup, the deposit is more than the room. I would say if you simply need a place to lay your head this is a good option for the price. If amenities are important to you, I would stay elsewhere. I will not stay here again. But overall the stay was okay.

Too much noise and people smoking Marijuana by the pool. I had my grandkids with me and couldn't take them to the pool. I tried to get my money back and front desk said they are a nonrefundable hotel. I left the same day i got another hotel room somewhere else. So I spend more money then expected. I will Never go back there and if you have kids don't go there.

Tv was super small for the room being for 4 people. And not a smart TV so bring your own laptop or tablet if you wana watch Netflix or anything

It is an older property but very clean, staff was super helpful with my needs. Breakfast was perfect.

Would not be my first choice, but it is convenient and cheap.

Do not recommend. Stains on the comforter. Hair from previous guests all over. Horrible smell. Asked for a different room. Wasn't much better. The a/c not functioning properly and absolutely disgusting! Did not stay and got a different hotel. Staff not concerned about the issues.

Nothing fancy but definitely cozy and easy on your wallet.

- First impression is there’s no AC on in the room upon arrival, so it was at least 90* inside. - second impression was the breakfast was never stocked. I had to ask daily for more food, plates, waffle batter, etc. There was at least 3-5 staff members behind the desk, and the owner made it feel like it was a huge inconvenience that I was asking them for anything. - last, the staff takes all towels out of the room daily to wash them, then IF they’re brought back it’s hours later. We got back and wanted to shower after 2 morning games, and no towels. Asked the owner at the front, and he made it seem like it was no biggie and I needed to wait. I was adamant on a towel, so I was told to go to laundry room to ask for one from staff. Then on the next day, they took our towels and when we got home later that evening we realized they never brought them back. Again, I was questioned like they didn’t believe me, then had to follow staff to an empty room so they could get more towels. Overall a horrible experience and I 100% don’t recommend.

Room was clean & breakfast was decent(hot/cold) the pool was very clean & refreshing.

The breakfast was delicious and the pool was very clean—I liked all of that. I’m giving it 4 stars because the room wasn't cleaned; the app stated there was daily housekeeping, but that wasn't the case. When we returned at night, the beds hadn't been made. I had left everything tidy so they wouldn't have to do anything other than make the bed, but it didn't happen. Even so, I recommend it because the room is very cozy and the breakfast is delicious.

The outside of property is old and needs a face lift. The bathroom/tub etc looked new. A good value but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Good place for the price we paid. Breakfast was lacking for sure but the pool and room were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location of hotel is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. A/C unit kept room cold. Good affordable place to stay.

Staff was nice. Some of the fixtures in the room were coming apart, off the wall or just needs to be refinished. Nothing that really matters just my two cents.

Property was very old and not well maintained, the breakfast was very minimal, coffee wasnt good, the first the restroom light blew out, the TV remote batteries were dead, tiny TV that sounded horrible, and super hard beds. The only thing good was the friendly staff
