Super 8 by Wyndham San Marcos

We arrived after check in time and when we got to the room it still had not been cleaned. We left our luggage and returned several hours later. The bed had been made and the room smelled heavily of air freshener but there was an unpleasant odor that the air freshener didn’t completely cover up. Something (vomit, food, ?) was splattered and dried on the walls, lamp shades and in the shower. The sheets and furniture were also stained. We left first thing in the morning. We should have take pictures it was easily the nastiest room I have ever rented.

Everything was good

The breakfast was also terrible and did not meet expectations at all. This experience was nothing like what I expected from a Wyndham-branded hotel. Wyndham should reconsider allowing this property to use their name because it does not represent the quality and standards customers expect. I will never stay here again.

THE RESTROOM WALLS WERE STAINED, THE BED WAS NOT MADE, LIGHT SWITCH IS A HAZARD, AIR CON UNIT WAS BROKEN, ROOM SMELLED LIKE CIGARATTE, BED BOARD WAS STAINED, FLOOR DIRTY. OVERALL BAD ROOM AND I WLL NEVER RECOMEND

Staff was awful. Something is wrong with the guy at the do front desk.

The room was quiet and comfortable and the parking was easy and convenient

The room was clean, comfortable bed, great air conditioner, microwave, refrigerator. The price was good. The staff is friendly and efficient.

I was charged three times for the room . By booking com twice and once by suer 8 . Room not clean I cleaned light switches , counter top, desk, toilet seat with Clorox wipes. The three charges for the room. They have cleared my bank already. Also ice machine didn't work. No coffee machine.

. I had anpoor experience during my stay here. Aside from the owner's wife who made real effort to be friendly, everybody else was literally careless. In the website it says breakfast is provided, but actually what you get barely feeds a baby. It is disgusting. You can get better elsewhere than what this location offers
