We extended our stay 4 times. We’re fans

Tv did not work properly and the dog in the room next to me barked until 11pm.

We have extended our stay 2-3 times already because we enjoy it. Very comfortable place to be.

8 day stay…..Very clean, nice staff. Skeleton kitchen: bare bones so make sure you bring what you use to cook. Such as, small pots and pans are needed to fit the burner, spices and utensils. Our room came with two sets of silverware, glass plates and cups, but I’m not sure if every room does too. Washer and dryers are clean and affordable.

Really great place and stay! First of all it’s brand new. Super clean. Convenient location. The front desk guy was super nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our overnight stay. My ONLY complaint was…. Checkout was 11am and starting at 10am housekeeping knocked on my door THREE TIMES asking when we were leaving by 11am. I’ve never had that happen before. Other than that great stay!

Room was not clean, towels were stained and dirty, room had a musty smell

Television reception no good at all parking lot full to capacity had to park gas station no kitchen utensils have to rent or purchase

The problem was the tv did not work properly. Talked to the office and they said to unplug it for 5 minutes and plug it back in. Did as told but it didn’t help. Called the office to tell them it didn’t help and was told no one could fix it until the next afternoon. Went without tv which is an important amenity to me! There was a dog in the room next to me which barked all night. Also at 2:05 am people were in the hall outside my door who were laughing and talking loudly.

Had never stayed at a hotel like this, first time ever. I was a little iffy about staying here, once I read the reviews was more at easy. The hotel is in a good area, close to mostly everything. Our room was very clean. Had never seen a staff so hands on like here. Saw a staff cleaning even the workout equipment from top to bottom. Very clean hotel. No breakfast but that’s okay. They have a coffee machine with variety of coffees which was very good coffee. Sadly we only got to enjoy one day. The rest of the 2 days, small cups that would over spill. They didnt have the right cups. Front receptionist could have been nicer and wasn’t very nice. Over all loved our stay a very clean hotel!!!

Very clean staff was great but the walls kinda thin could hear a lady go through it with her husband.

Receptionist who helped us checking in was lovely and helpful.

This is a long stay, apartment like location. Foam mattress and metal bedframe were not comfortable at all. Staff was nice.

The facility and room were very clean. I would stay there again. The front desk staff was not very friendly.

Nice staff clean rooms nearby Texas State and everything is close. This will be my place to stay for now on.

Pillows had stains, room smelled like mold and shower was nasty. Besides the cleanliness and smell, everything else was fine.
