Good place to saty... kitchen its a most helpful for people

Hotel was a great choice of stay. It’s convenient and well maintained. Staff was friendly and I absolutely love the card access in and out the property. This will definitely be my choice of stay while visiting San Marcos.

Very nice stay.

However, I don't like that they didn't offer housekeeping service during our stay. Apparently, that isn't included. Also, there isn't any food option within the hotel apart from a vending machine, so plan accordingly. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Finally, the TV didn't work well. It seems to be internet based TV and it buffered more than it showed anything. Rooms also don't offer any hairdryer and only a very small shampoo bottle, so plan to bring your own shampoo and soap. Because of these issues, I am taking one star away.

The front desk does not have any cash? Was unable to get drinks from vending machine unless using card or exact dollar amont..the TV in room buffered the whole time we stayed there, staff said was again due to overbooked and ppl using the wifi? To unplug TV to see if helps? In fact made worst, had to bring down dirty towels to exchange for new ones.

We had a quick overnight stay while helping our daughter move. The check in process was smooth and the AC was cold! No frills, but perfect for what we needed.

Love this place. It was clean and in a great location.

The hotel was centrally located but extremely loud. The TV and WIFI didn’t work. Those are the only 2 room amenities so it wasn’t any place it’d stay again. I was disappointed and the staff didn’t seem to care about their TV etc when I let them know at check out.

What my wife and I loved most about the property was the location. It was in close proximity to everywhere we needed to go. Our son attends Texas State University and his apartment was near us. The shopping outlets were also 10 minutes away. Restaurants are located all around the vicinity. The A/C blows very cold which is a most in Texas. At night our room was very quiet. The only 2 things we didn't like was no iron was available in our room. Also the TV was hit or miss, the signal was horrible. To be honest we plan to definitely come back and stay.

Housekeeping only comes every two weeks, which to me seems like they should come once a week to do a sweep and refresh at least. Staff was hard to catch sometimes, but when you did catch them, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the option to check in & check out on the kiosk for the busier times of the day to help with the congestion of the lobby. Laundry room came in handy, just the app was a pain in the behind sometimes to get it to work, it was also a little pricer than I would’ve liked. Plenty of parking, might not be front row, but for sure enough to accommodate. The weekends get busy, so you do have a longer wait time for the elevator, because there is only one. If you want something DoorDashed or delivered they have to leave it at the front desk, so be prepared to go get it. I like the safety and security of knowing you can’t enter the hotel beyond the lobby without being a registered and checked in guest. I also like that they list every guest in every room, not just the person who made the reservation. I never felt unsafe there. I would stay there again if I needed to stay for an extended amount of time. Short stays I will stay somewhere with a pool!

Parking is extremely difficult with a truck. Perfect for cars.

Tv did not work properly and the dog in the room next to me barked until 11pm.

We have extended our stay 2-3 times already because we enjoy it. Very comfortable place to be.
