Wingate by Wyndham San Marcos

The room was falsely advertised. The air did not work. There was supposed to be 2 TVs but there was only one. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. It took hours to receive them. No one cleaned the room and I had to request towels the next day

The room was not what I expected. The pictures were completely different from what was actually provided. There were cracks in the walls and even in the shower, which made the room feel poorly maintained. The carpet also felt dirty and didn't seem clean. Overall, it was not an enjoyable stay, and I was very disappointed with the condition of the room.

Staff is so nice and it is clean and comfortable. Nothing bad to say.

I thought the breakfast was well balanced on offerings. It also provided a good aroma when exiting the elevator.

I appreciated the early check in prompt. It made arrival seamless. The location is close to everything. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The mini store was also great and the prices were excellent. Thanks again!
