Breakfast was the best . Hotel overall Terrible . Leaking ceiling smelled moldy , microwave didn't work and the worst was no pool . The reason I chose this hotel . Will not stay at the location again . Very disappointing

Don’t book at this place! Horribly maintained. Nothing works, not even door locks on some rooms.

Room door to hall would not lock. Could push open, shower leaks all over the floor in bathroom, ice maker broken, orange juice /apple juice dispenser out of order, bad smell in room, pool is totally dark green with algae, outdoor ac vents all broken, landscaping full of grass/weeds, our door looks like someone tried to pry open with crowbar or pry bar, hot water barely gets warm, detergent dispensers in laundry rooms out of order, did not clean our room. We stayed two nights but on separate reservations but room still wasn’t cleaned , nor was clean towels placed in rooms,wallpaper peeling in halls , paint chips all over complex , the entire right side of our curtain is missing, breakfast was mediocre,. This was a horrible experience and I would give a zero if I could. This location is very poorly managed or ownership isn’t providing any budget for basic maintenance and definitely no upgrades. Our countries 250 anniversary is next week and they have a flag on the pole that is in pieces and sure it’s been there for years. Grass/ weeds growing in cracks in parking lot which makes place look almost abandoned. I have stayed at several Comfort Suites but never anything this dissatisfying. Do better, invest money back into your hotel or shut this rickety thing down!

Room was not clean, pool was dirty, carpet on 4th floor was wet, lights in lobby, hallways and bedroom so dim you could hardly see. Checked in and checked out within 10 minutes.

Nada In need of major maintenance and cleaning. Pool was a green swamp in the middle of JUNE!

Great area alot of resturants around and what i loved is the university is 7 min away N/a

The customer service. The bathroom toliet looked like it would flush but the water came back up but not over flowing. It eventually flushed but I didn't use #2 because I was afraid it wouldn't go down so I waited to use the bathroom. The TV was hanging by the screw or the frame. The carpet stinks the AC wall turned off so we had to turn the AC unit on. It was overall gross but it was something I needed for my son Football camp. The staff was friendly but the overall facility needs cleaning and updated.

The hotel was absolutely horrible!!!!The room was worse. The smell unbearable. The pool water was green. I canceled the stay. And only received a partial refund!!! Ridiculous Everything!!! Had to find somewhere else to stay!!! The hotel did not represent your BRAND AT ALL

Our stay at this hotel was very unpleasant , Rooms were not clean , Staff was very rude. pool was not able to be used due to no maintenance . Have to update pictures from website.

Nothing besides it being close to the college It was too hot inside and bathrooms were poorly maintained

Property was clean. Staff was friendly. The man we checked in with was amazing and super helpful. Water would not get hot. Had to take Luke warm showers. Had to track someone down to get trash taken out from the room and to get clean towels. We were not made aware at check in that the pool was out of order.

The pool was nasty and the internet was trash. The breakfast was mid and so was the cleaning.

The room itself was decent. Pool, elevator, and outside appearance need a complete overhaul. This place is just a quick stop passing through. Wouldn’t recommend staying more than one day.

so the outdoor pool was totally useless, the lobby and halls were hot and smelly, but the property was clean. Staff was helpful and the AC worked good in the room. The location was great from my trip and breakfast was pretty good.
