Air was not working. Never cycled once

very duty bathrooms semmel bad and moldy

Place was amazing, friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms

Where do I start? Upon arrival, was told they were “overbooked“ of double queen rooms that I had reserved approximately 2 months prior. When questioned how they could be overbooked, Clark said they had issues with a couple of the queen rooms so they cannot use them. Was given a king bed with a pullout couch instead which we had to take due to no other rooms available. The mattress on the pull out couch had several stains so we went to the front desk to ask for extra sheets to layers so the stain would be out of mind. There was a coffee wrapper in the closet, rust all over the metal parts in the bathroom, white paint drips all over the walls from what appeared to be from painting the ceiling. We were grossed out but had no choice to stay. We passed on the breakfast in the morning because we just wanted to leave. Very disappointed because the photos of the property were not a true reflection of what the property looked like in person. Would not stay here again. Others beware and stay somewhere else.

Pool was a mess. The outside of the hotel was a mess. The hotel behind is a lot nicer for 10 more dollars

The room was clean and was very spacious. We were disappointed that the pool was not clean, it looked green. We booked a two night stay and had made plans to refresh in the pool, but that didn’t happen. The elevator broke down, the ice machine was not working properly and the juice machine was broken as well.

Shower did not work

Convient location Elevator was very slow when we arrived, ended up being out of service all weekend and we had to haul up and down stairs to the 3 rd floor. Due to that our room was not able to be serviced, no trash, no clean towels.A lot of some kind of ants in the parking lot that ended up in our truck everyday.

My only complaint is the elevators were not working and we had to walk up to the 3rd floor with all our bags.

Ceiling was leaking in hallway , buckets used to catch the drips. Ice machines on none of the floors worked.

The bed was comfortable & the shower’s pressure was good. Things that broke or weren’t usable: pool, ice machine, elevator, room keys, lobby bathrooms, several tv stations, business center computer.

I did not stay at the property it was disgusting and very busy.

The pool was broken. There was barely hot water to shower. The AC was not cooling. There seem to be random people hanging around the property. It’s very outdated. The staff was very nice.

Clean room and helpful staff. Great value for the price

Bed was comfortable, room was cold! Breakfast was decent. Overall good stay and close to TXST!

Room we stayed in has a mildew smell and mildew or possible mold on the ceiling. Front desk was made aware STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND. We stayed 1 night instead of 2 due to health hazard. Per EXPEDIA will not refund until the manager of comfort Suites approves it. Visible and pictures were taken as proof what is the delay.

When I got there was told that payment was declined even when I showed that payment was processed on my bank so they couldn't give me the room

Then, when I loaded my vehicle with my belongings, there were ants in my car.....lots of ants. I looked down on the ground, and the ants were covered on the ground. Outside the ants issue, my stay was pleasant.
