The room was clean and a/c worked well. The beds could be better and hotel shows it’s age but overall it’s good for a 1 night stay.

Emily, the receptionist gave me bug spray and was remorseful. She attempted to contact leadership but no one was available. I understand that you can’t control break ins and theft. However, you have to keep the maintenance up on your parking lot and landscaping. This will help avoid infestation on the property grounds. My daughter has asthma and the bug spray gave her breathing problems. We also left 2 hours later than scheduled. I called corporate but Hilton said because I booked with Expedia they could do nothing. They suggested I contact property management but no one was available.

We only stayed one night but it was a good stay to rest and had a good breakfast. The lobby was welcoming and the staff was nice and friendly. Good location for us between San Antonio and Dallas. Thank you.

We had a great stay here. Check-in staff was super friendly and quick, parking is plentiful and close, and the room was spacious and clean. Will stay here again for trips to San Marcos.

The parking lot is close to 2 other hotels but other than that it’s a great place to stay.

Rooms a little outdated. Ice machine not working only on the first floor. My charging plug did not stay plugged into the receptacles in the room. Seems that the receptacles need to replaced. The A/C was not working in the hallway and was a little hot.

The room was spacious and quiet. Very convenient location. One elevator broken so other one very busy.

the irony is that my room had the microwave oven missing hahaha! in the morning i got in the shower to realize that the shampoo and the body soap bottles were empty!!!! there was conditioner in the third bottle. on check out i told the clerk, he did not even bother to look at me, said sorry and that was it. What a garbage property for over $220.00 per night.

Our particular room smelled like mildew and moisture. The bathroom appeared clean but the sink and shower smelled otherwise. I would not recommend staying at this location for the price.

He always go to the Hampton Inn for our river floats. The rooms are always clean and there’s plenty of parking. The breakfast is great.

The bed was rock hard, room was not that clean. Definitely not worth the cost. Staff was nice and breakfast was normal.

No complaints, we really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly, professional staff.

Overall great experience!

Location The room was not cleaned for us on our second day. I had to find a person to get us clean towels.

Breakfast was good and we really appreciated how helpful the staff was Pool towels were out a couple times
