Reviews

Very old facility. Did not look like a Hampton Inn facility. The mattress was horrible and the pillows looked like throw pillows. Small throw pillows. This facility needs some TLC.

Access and comfortable Bugs: small bugs in bathroom and German cockroaches in room. Told front desk and did not seem alerted by.

Clean, attentive staff, well finished room, cold AC

The bathroom in room 205 had a peculiar odor.
-
Location was decent Our entire floor was so hot and smelled like mold and just not a good smell at all. The room we were in was so hot when we arrived that it also smelled awful.

The front desk attendant was really nice Nothing

The hallways and elevators were really hot. I had two rooms and had to go get plug in room fresheners and spray because the rooms smelled musky. Not a pleasant smell. The rooms were a nice size and having the sofa sleepers allowed us to spread out with the kids.

Clean, comfortable room. Great staff and location. Nothing.
-
Close to every thing in San Marcos. I think the bed pillows are too small and flat.
