The best location outstanding service

The property was very clean and the staff was friendly. Our stay included breakfast. However, the only options for newer coffee, tea, nutragrain granola bars and packaged oatmeal (5 packages available). I don’t feel this property should be allowed to say that breakfast is provided with your stay. This wasn’t even a continental breakfast. My other problem with this property is it did not have an ice machine. We were in town for a soccer tournament as well as others staying at the property and there was no ice available to fill water bottles and ice chests. Both of the items listed above were an inconvenience for me and my family..

We noticed cockroaches in the hallway, which was very concerning. The pool area was also dirty and did not feel well maintained. Unfortunately, the staff was not very friendly or welcoming, and the breakfast options were very limited and disappointing. There was also a lot of noise during our stay, which made it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. Overall, while the clean room and convenient location were positive aspects, the cleanliness of the common areas, customer service, breakfast, and noise level need significant improvement.

A good value-for-money place to sleep overnight. The breakfast looked unappetising so found a great bakery nearby.

Very clean room and quiet - staff were great and professional . Also, plenty of parking and safe area.

The fridge in our room made knocking noises and the shower made a whistling sound at times.

Good Value, but you can tell this is an old property by the condition of the bathroom and the old furniture. The front staff needs better customer service skills. Patti and Ken were the ones that day we arrived. In front of us, she said she is stress out with customers and need a smoke break. We were next in line. Ken was checking us in and made a stupid comment. He said our room wasn’t ready at check in time, so he said he can give us two double beds since we are married we don’t need to be in the same bed.

It just felt like I was staying in a shelter or...somewhere that I had lost all of my worldly possessions and ended up with nothing so I had to go there. The police kept showing up to the property. (Not for me...) and the bed.. its like a metal, showing the legs, plain white blanket on top. Its just.. how do i explain it...it just didnt feel like a hotel stay. It felt more like I was being punished and forced to stay there.

room was ok, not that clean had to switch rooms because the toilet didn't work. Gave me the room across but was dirty and room was smelly. its ok for what I paid. The people working there were great.

The room itself was good.However, I wasn't expecting to empty my own trash. The trash room was disgusting.It smelled so bad and it was on the way to my room.So every time I went in, I had to smell it.
