Worst staff I have ever had. Tell will lie and do everything they can to take every penny they can and if you try to have a conversation with them about anything they come off aggressive right away!

We had a couple other odd things (like a broken iron and no shampoo). I guess the shampoo thing is an Extended Stay thing, I didn't know that. Yes, we experienced what we consider inconveniences, but the staff was quickly responsive. It wasn't a bad stay, but I probably won't stay again. Maybe I'm too high maintenance for an Extended Stay. 😂

I travel to San Ramon for a week of work every month. I’ve tried different places that feature a kitchenette. This isn’t the worst but it isn’t the best. The location is good and there is plenty of parking. The room is very basic. There are very few cooking utensils provided and no dishwasher. If you want a sharp knife for food prep go buy your own—all you get is fork, knife, and spoon. No ice machine on the property. Go buy your own. There is only bar soap. If you want shower gel bring your own. Most times I went to the front desk it wasn’t staffed with a sign saying “back in a few minutes”. I was there 5 nights and the room was never cleaned. It is less expensive than other places in town, so you get what you pay for.
