It is always nice to stay here. It's in the middle of everything I need. 24 Hours Fitness, Villa Sports, Costco, H-Mart, and only 15min drive to my workplace.

Everything was great during my stay. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Dirty room, found cockroaches

Room was clean and fairly spacious but primarily functional. Lobby is oddly located and poorly signed (doordash could not find walked thru bldg to find me). Zero items in the room except bar soap - have to ask even for water glasses, then come with full dish and cutlery set. Many long stay filks walking around outside smoking and elevator stunk as a result. Hand printed and posted crooked with cellophane tape paper signs all over stating "linens to the office" so I had to ask whether we had to strip our own bed to check out (no, was for long stay wanting fresh linens, yet lame signs didn't specify that.) Just general 'low-ball' feel as a result. Functional for our needs and with our dog, but very Basic. Fabulous cajun restaurant one block south - nothing else nearby.

Kitchenette completely empty, I did ask for utensils and plates, cups tec, I never got them!

While the location near Bishop Ranch is convenient and the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly accommodating, I cannot recommend this property. Based on its reputation, I expected a level of cleanliness that simply wasn’t there. Unfortunately, the room was quite rundown. Upon arrival, I noticed a strange odor, and the condition of the pull-out couch was unacceptable it required extensive cleaning on my part, including wiping down furniture and covering surfaces with our own blankets just to feel comfortable. We even found debris on the pull-out sheets, leaving us feeling so uncomfortable that we slept in our clothes and opted not to shower. It feels as though the property is now being used for long-term residency rather than short-term stays, and it has clearly declined over the years. If you are looking for a clean, worry-free place to stay, I would advise booking elsewhere.

The hotel staff were really nice throughout the stay except for one guy who worked on a Monday morning. He tried to implement his own policies into place I’m sure due to me being a woman of color. The rooms are dirty, unsanitary, full of cockroaches, and linen unsanitary. The bath tubs had burn stains in the bath tub, a cockroach upside down on the built in soap dish fighting for life upon arrival. The amenities such as the microwave, stove, and refrigerator hadn’t been clean and sanitized since 1990 I’m assuming. The place is home for many which is heart breaking. The trash receptacle outside the rooms were overflowing in trash during my whole stay. I couldn’t believe the place. I will say again, it’s home to many. May the most high bless the staff that treats everyone there with dignity. The place should have a deep cleaning done and tented for removal of the cockroach infestation.

The Wi-Fi was completely non-functional in both the guest rooms and the business office. Despite bringing this to the front desk's attention multiple times, the staff was unable to resolve the issue. Additionally, one of the two key cards provided did not work. The room itself was disappointing, featuring an outdated interior and a bathtub with noticeable stains. Given the sub-standard conditions and lack of basic amenities, I cannot recommend this establishment.

I like the property because of the location. The main thing I did not like about the property The keys had issues. It was a real inconvenience for my team.
