It was affordable I found out why the room was affordable. Front door was loose when locked, found a dead roach on the bathroom floor, no snack or drink machine on site.

The stay was okay. I only needed the hotel for one night because I had an early morning appointment at Blackhawk. The price was good, and it was convenient for what I needed.

Solid place.

The tall guy at the reception, who was clean-shaven (no beard or mustache), was wonderful, extremely helpful, and fast at service—truly one of the best I have ever seen. On the other hand, what I disliked was a person named Reza, who wears glasses and has a beard and mustache. He was the absolute worst person I have ever dealt with in customer service. He was rude, angry, and refused to assist. We even got into an argument. I sincerely hope he gets fired for his terrible service and lack of cooperation." Cleanliness

It worked fine for one night. The room was clean, but none of the trash cans around the property were empty, they were all overflowing. 3 of the washers were broken, which was inconvenient because we had to do a load and had to wait for other people to finish. The front desk man was very friendly and kind, but he was the only one working and looked very overworked.

The place was a dump. Leaking shower head, broken lamps, crooked lamp shades and not one charging port that you normally see on a lamp or at a work station. The place was dark and dreary and I felt unsafe. I left immediately and stayed at a much nicer hotel.

Not very clean

They charge for basic things. And I was being bitten by fleas. No complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Was told the grab and go breakfast was at 6am and the sign on the door said lobby hours start at 7am. Questionable.

The breakfast was terrible. A blueberry muffin in plastic. One bite and I couldn't take another. You shouldn't call that a breakfast. Poor advertising! Very noisy location!

It is always nice to stay here. It's in the middle of everything I need. 24 Hours Fitness, Villa Sports, Costco, H-Mart, and only 15min drive to my workplace.
