The AC did not work in our room, the shower dripped endlessly, and in the end they charged me over $380 on top of my regular rate and Im still trying to contact management with no response .

Nice Stay!!!

I gave it four stars because it was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, with comfy beds and sofa. I was on the front side, which was nice and quiet. The only downside was the carpet—it seemed a bit worn. And, there is nothing fancy about the check in area. There was a comfortable waiting area and cafe tables. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have any food options despite having a kitchen. They did provide decaf and regular coffee, but there were no special treats like pastries or fruit. You had to ask for tea which they graciously supplied. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t used in the hotel lobby, so it was quite warm when I checked in. But the rooms were air-conditioned and very comfortable. And it wasn’t real noisy like some of them are. The ice machine was out of order, and while they had sanitizer in the elevator, it wasn’t stocked. I did appreciate the little sayings on the elevator and throughout the hotel. Overall, they’re doing a great job making the rooms nice, comfortable, clean, and I especially liked that there was a refrigerator. Now they have to work on the reception and it would be much nicer. But the prices were very good and much appreciated.

Nice place to stop close to freeway, inexpensive in comparison to others around and we were willing to swap cheaper price for not including breakfast and 1 ply tp. Room advertised as 2 queen plus sofa bed, had to request sheets/blanket and pillow. Daughter was still cold with one blanket and one bottom sheet provided, but other side of room almost too warm for blanket. Nice shower and soap. Only 3 towels included in room despite 4 people on reservation. Daughter pointed out carpets in halls needed vacuuming, and they did. Felt bad for customer service rep, no a/c in lobby, 84F inside at 9:30pm. Overall decent place.

Very well situated hotel in San Ramon. Clean, big rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, nice amenities, comfortable lounge. Pretty quiet though some freeway traffic but it did not disrupt my sleep. Definitely will stay there again.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds, when we arrived we were told they sold out on the two beds as it was first come first serve. We got a king with a pull out bed which was fine but when we asked for blankets and pillows we were told they didn’t have any pillows. Their community microwave was disguising as it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The night manager was nice but the morning crew were not friendly at all. Needless to say, we won’t book at this place again.

I like this place alot.

Long story short, there are other better options not too far away for similar price.

The night staff and management was most awful. I had just had a surgery and this thin hair manager kept knocking my door kept bothering me. The room was paid for and they had released a previous deposit. I was sick and bleeding and they called the police over 100$ I’ll never stay at such a rude place again. The phones were unplugged it was hot, manager was not cool and

My main issue was at my room didn’t have any towels in it and I didn’t discover it until after. I was already in the shower so that was a bit of a disappointment.

Very good location stuff is amazing. Very nice people. Good service and new design. Everything brand new. I love it.
