The main concern was the lack of cleanliness of the hotel in general, there was trash, a toothbrush and food on the floor in the hallway and it stayed there at least 2 days. All the exterior trash cans were overflowing and had piles of garbage around them.

The hotel was old but clean in the past , this time there was large trash bags in the halls for days, trash in the elevator and the hotel ice maker was broken and the place was not vacuumed my entire week stay . I am low maintenance but even I will not go back

Location was helpful. Clearly has potential to be a very good property. Room was comfortable. Overall the property looks worn and needs a deep cleaning. Seemed they were short cleaning staff as common areas looked unattended all three days we were there. Bags of garbage tucked here and there.

We normally don’t write reviews but this was THE MOST HORRIBLE experience we could have had. We had several rooms booked for our wedding guests coming from across the country. Looking at the reviews on Expedia we were stress free about their stay at this hotel and chose them over other options available in area with similar pricing. We had a reservation for 4 nights and the elevator was broken and not repaired throughout those 4 days. Everyone staying was over 55yrs old and they gave them rooms on the 4th floor. It was an extremely bad experience as people with severe walking issues had to walk up and down 4 floors every single day including with luggage. They were not ready to accommodate them on lower floors. Room was not cleaned a single day even after putting out the sign. Towels/linens were not replaced all 4 days. When the front desk was contacted.. they simply said this is something cleaning staff needs to be told and nothing was done about it either. Our guests had to go down themselves to ask for towels every single night. The room in itself was okay on the day they checked in. But every thing apart from that was just horrible. There was not a single person who we could talk to for the situation and no one really wanted to take the responsibility or accountability on everything happening. No one had answers about anything especially front desk staff.

Elevators were closed.

The elevator was out, garbage bags stacked in ice machine area on each floor, microwave was on first floor only, a sign stating no assistance was available. Hotel didn’t schedule anyone extra to handle the trash or assist people with luggage up the stairs, I am 78 and was put on the 4th floor. For the one or two days waiting for elevator maintenance OTIS to arrive extra help is needed. Also the FIRE hazard block the stairs well doors open is a fire hazard.

No breakfast but everything else was great!

Clean room and convenience of location friendly staff

Cozy room, nice furniture, very comfortable bed and pillows, comfortable shower, largest tv in the world, complimentary coffee and decaf, soundproofed fridge. Insufficient soundproofing.

Rented 2 rooms, only one was cleaned the second one was never cleaned. When I went to ask the front counter about it all they said was that they could give me new bed sheets but the room will still be dirty from the people that stayed there the night before. Even though they had told me they were going to g to make sure the room would be the first thing they clean the next morning. Room wasn’t cleaned til 3pm the next day

My upgraded prepaid best available on site room was given to someone else. I was then given a lesser replacement room in disrepair with a door that was unlocked and the for was embarrassing. It was upsetting enough I would have left or slept in car if no other options. I have never once in my life given a bad review. Never. My room should be refunded or comped. Also there is no breakfast for repairs while signage is up in elevators about said non- offered breakfast. This is a never again event for me.

I have booked a 2 queen bed room for this hotel a week prior to my trip. I checked in around 5:30pm. There was no receptionist in the lobby. I had ring the bell for 10 minutes, then there is a guy with a white t shirt and a back bag on, to check me in. He told me the elevator is out of order and our room is at fourth floor. So, I walked up to the fourth floor. As soon as I opened up the door, I saw there was full of clothing and luggages. Obviously, they have not confirmed the prior client is checked out already nor cleaned the room! Do you think this 1 star rating worth it?

The room itself was clean, the elevator was out of order. Our kid was disappointed there was no breakfast of any kind at the hotel, just a small selection of snacks for sale at the front desk. The mini fridge in our room froze all food and drinks we put in it. Our beds were not turned down during our stay, which is fine by me. But, when I asked for a couple of fresh towels, I was told there was a towel shortage and was given only one. The laundry room is coin-operated, no coin machine, no quarters offered at the front desk. I was told the gas station up the road may have quarters. I learned the dryers were out of order AFTER running a load in the washer. Management said there was nothing they could do. We had to travel with damp clothes that we had to re-wash when we got home. If ALL you're looking for is a clean bed and warm shower, this place will do. Only, don't expect much else, you'll just be disappointed.

The staff was superb and friendly!

Their elevator wasn't working and they gave me a room on the 4th floor.
