It was a great room and the hotel is very nice, however the TV did not work. The front desk tried to help, she mentioned that they were in the process of updating the remote controls and some were not working. she offered for us to move to different room, we were very tired from traveling so we stayed in our room.

Staff were all very welcoming. Pool was closed and couldn’t get back in building from pool without going out to parking area and walking around building. No breakfast although website said there was. Figured out you had to get it from an associate the second day as there were no instructions given at check-in how to do it. Ice machines not working.

Friendly staff. Maintenance could be better. Screen door off tracks and slider couldn’t lock

The room is spacious. Nobody came in to clean our room and change our towels for 5 nights stay. We did request the service no one showed up. We asked the front desk to have new lotion and nobody came in to replace the old lotion bottle

Except for the Gym being quite nice and clean the property and hotel are nothing special and it looks worn out. From the Elevators to the rooms and furniture everything seems pretty used. Except for one girl and a young man with a mustache the rest of the staff seemed like they would rather not be part of the service industry. The feeling you get when you walk in the place is that it is abandoned. I won't be back to that location.

Overall this is just a hotel. Not new, not shiny, no breakfast, broken pool, unhelpful staff, not bad staff just not good. Parking lot is full of debris. Paint is scuffed. Elevator is in need of a tune up. Price is nice.

Sofa and bed comfortable. Netflix a plus. No screen or lock on the slider! Wanted to get fresh air overnight but it wasn’t safe without a locking device. Waited a very long time to check out and it was boiling hot in the lobby.

Great place to stay. Clean and modern. Just be aware that the pool is currently closed. It was too cold for it to matter much to us, but it may be a deal breaker for you.

Very dark interior. Needed to turn on all lights to see adequately. Bed was very firm.Parking was easy, area seemed safe.

Early check I Someone cutting hair outside my window. And leaving piles of hair. Landscaping way underdone. No bottled water for 3 days in the “store”. And the bath fan was broken and seized. Very loud and a fire hazard as motor was seized and the power was trying to make it move.
