HYATT house San Ramon

Great location for large or small groups. Easy walk to lots of food options & grocery store. Will be staying here again.

Lovely hotel, would recommend

Great check-in and breakfast was 5 star for options and clean and hot! The pool area deck could use some repair but plenty of towels was nice.

I had just had surgery and the elevator wasn’t working and they put me on the third floor. They had cereal, oatmeal, eggs, hash, brown sausage, and hard little pancakes for breakfast.

Key card system needs updating. Had to get new key cards twice a day. Breakfast was good not great. Staff was great. Pretty clean facilities just time for some updates.

Great staff and breakfast . Front desk staff Helped accommodate me to a room with a tub for my little. My only take way was that the room was WAY too small. The lay out is super weird and is just too snug for the huge bed in there , when the pull out couch came out you couldn’t walk through the room to get to the other bed.

The room was dated, bed was too soft.

It would be nice if there are sitting benches around the property it's very pretty around the grounds and sitting outside would be a plus.

Overall good stay. Dishes and silverware were a bit dirty so not sure if hotel rewashes when guest leaves. Breakfast was free and cooked well. You have to pay for parking daily cost is $10. Hotel is a bit dated but in good condition.

I went to the front desk in the morning a she took the $10 parking fee off my bill , she said sorry but since I booked through Expedia , they couldn’t offer me any compensation. I was very disappointed in my experience.

Very nice and clean property. Our room was spacious and had more amenities than we had time to enjoy. The pool looked lovely, wish we could have tried it out.

This was my first time staying at Hyatt House and I had a great stay. The room was clean and spacious (very nice to have a full size fridge), and I was travelling for business so it was nice to have good desk space. I take good care of my car so parking is always a top concern for me, and there was plenty of convenient space (just be careful not to park too close to the sprinklers). 5/5 would stay again!

Staff was extremely rude. The pool/ hot tub was taken over by a “party” that was smoking weed and drinking heavily - making it where nobody else could enjoy the pool or hot tub, they were very entitled and staff didn’t care. Staff was unhelpful about anything and the eye rolls were unnecessary

Love the location, close to freeway, close location to restaurants and shops. Quiet, clean, breakfast is good.

Clean room. Nice pool. Great breakfast. I expected the rooms to be larger but served the purpose. Very nice and helpful staff at the front desk helped us with the TV. Would stay again.
