The people were somewhat rude but did their job. The water pressure for taking a shower sucked but you got a shower. Clean rooms, New towels daily. Not bad

The receptionist was way too rude, so how can you have something good to start with. The receptionist's behavior was disappointing and not what I would expect from a customer service-oriented business. What concerned me even more was that she insisted on obtaining my credit card information, despite the hotel's website clearly stating that guests should never provide their credit card details in this manner. I had already paid for my stay in full before arriving specifically to avoid issues like this. However, I was told that if I was unwilling to provide my credit card information, I would not be allowed to check into my room. This experience was frustrating and left a very negative impression of the hotel's customer service.. I will not recommend and will never stay here.

The staff and manager offered exceptional service! They were always kind and willing to help with whatever my needs were. As a single mother, I really appreciated all their help and hospitality. The mini-fridge's freezer compartment in my room was overgrown with ice crystals forming a giant ice block, nearly filling the whole space. I unplugged and defrosted the mini fridge so that I could use the freezer compartment. It worked great once it was cleaned out.
