Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Richmond Airport

Very dirty and mold in bathrooms. Informed staff and they said it’s under construction by Wyndham but can’t do anything. It’s not recommended as the place was not in living condition.

Great location right next to 64 (interstate) Wawa, sheetz and 7-11 in walking distance. Also plaza Aztecs

This hotel is filthy and now am dealing with bed bug bites all over my upper body . My vacation in Florida is now destroyed because I’m dealing with an itchy mess

Never made it to the room they canceled my reservation because my card was locked. So instead of them calling they just canceled

Nothing, the bedding is dirty burn marks in the sheets, floors smell like mildew and pet feces, and the property manger is very unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend staying here

The property was dirty and smelly. The floors were stained and the place reeked of pot. The TV screen was very small. The bed was rock hard but clean. The bathroom was missing the hair dryer and when showering, the tub did not empty. The breakfast was 1 bagel, 0 coffee, 2 juices, 2 selections of cereal and waffle mix with 1 waffle maker. It was noisy, you can hear thru the walls. It's right next to an airport. We stayed but not sure why. Never again! I would never recommend this place.

The room was absolutely filthy. The bed sheets were not made plus they had burn holes all throughout them not even quite sure they were washed to be honest literally a dirty sock lane in the room floor and the hotel desk clerk literally would not let me have more than two butters for a waffle that next morning it’s just ridiculous that Wyndham would ever put their name on this place

housekeeprs kept opening my room door 7/8 am and took 30 mins to check in

When upon entering the room, you instantly get hit with this stingy smell. It was like mixed with smoke smell and pet pee that had never been cleaned. Constantly kept finding hairs in the bathroom, especially in the tub and floor. Refrigerator had a smell to it too, due to it being dirty. So I went and bought supplies to clean it myself. Even went and bought bedding as I did not feel comfortable laying on their sheets as those were dirty and stained too. Their Wi-Fi is terrible, constantly disconnects. Phone service is poor as well. You get what you paid for here and unfortunately, I did not have the means to go elsewhere or I would have in a heartbeat. There was also some drawings on walls and the safe box that should have been taken care of.

Nothing it was dirty chicken bones in the hall I’ll never stay there again

it just smelled like cigarettes and when we came back yesterday it was police everywhere and the shower got cold too fast
