Non-smoking room smelled the smoke gave me Lysol to spray

Nothing Smelt like mildew as soon as I walked inside my room. Black dots on the tv only could see half of the tv. Wires hanging out from when they took the smoke detector out the ceiling. Just overall nasty looking. Toilet ran all night. Burn holes in the covers.

The first two units were dirty. Stains all over and soiled and heavily stained linen. The third room was a little better but still unacceptable. Toilet seat was the nastiest that I have ever sat on. I will not go back. It’s not the staff it’s the management.

The hotel was cheap but not in a bad way, only issue was with other guests hosting WrestleMania in their room at 2 am.

Overall, the room did not meet the basic standards I expected for a hotel stay. The cleanliness and maintenance issues seriously affected my experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the condition and cleanliness of the rooms for future guests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

Check in was fast, even though no smoking was permitted you could smell smoke in the hallway. Someone tried coming in our room after we checked in while we were sleeping. We had flipped the lock bar on the door but this sort of thing should NEVER happen. They never took down their COVID signage. And the front desk is behind glass. The whole building looked run down and the bed was extremely hard, like sleeping on a wooden shelf. Parking was good, did not stay for breakfast. The price was right, everything else felt wrong. I am not likely to return even though I usually like Microtel hotels.

N/a The entire bottom floor smelled like marijuana as soon as we walked in. The room was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was boring and had no eggs, meat or yogurt(no protein)

DO NOT stay here! Never in my life have I checked into a hotel and refused to stay. The entire hotel reeks of cigarettes, even the non-smoking rooms. The room was absolutely filthy and had cockroaches. Sketchy people hanging out all over the parking lot. AC also barely worked in the room and it was so hot. I left immediately and Expedia moved me to another hotel. Unfortunately, it was just as bad! Somehow even filthier and had bed bugs. Shout out to the amazing Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel for finally getting me in a clean and safe room at 3am. Microtel is a 0/10, bette roof sleeping in the car!

The bed was very nice and comfy The door latch was broken. The sink handles were broken. The drawer in the room at the desk had screws exposed. Had to wait at the front desk for a good minute before anyone came to check us in.

Something the locations around this hotel is good but this hotel is not This hotel the management is rude he's unprofessional some of the staff is rude and unprofessional also they don't clean well the third floor is dirty is I don't know what on top of that they have roaches they have bugs they don't they don't fix anything when anything is go wrong in that hotel room or in your room they blame it on you they charge people cash to stay over 28 days and sit there and charge people that stayed a week and take their money and then kick them out in 5 days then they had certain people come book their location come into that location for their room just to find out they don't have their room and somebody cancel their room just to hold it for other people that stand there because there was paying for cash to stay there they steal money and lie to you and tell you you never paid them and when you know you did they try not to show you receipts or anything or act like they did you never paid because they could show you you never pay for the room because you put they put the money in their pocket I suggest no one to come to this place at all and sadly I had to live there for a little while but I am so glad I'm gone away from there
