Wobbly microwave, extremely small fridge with only a small cubby for a freezer and had a destroyed rack in it, extremely old tv, toilet lever hangs up frequently, and door is hard to get open unless you figure out the trick to it. Also the breakfast is barely enough to be a breakfast.

Rooms have a horrible

It's very convenient, the waffles are great!! I have 2 puppies and they put me above a guy that has to go to work at 3am and all he did was complain I felt like I had to keep them in the kennel hopefully next time they won't do that

And the commercial generator needs to be removed from the physical fitness room.

Parking was good My room on Monday had tons of cockroaches in it. My room on Tuesday had a broken bathroom door and my main door would not lock.

It has parking for a semi truck. 1st room had cockroaches!!! 2nd room has a broken bathroom door that I couldn’t close and a stopped up toilet and the main door didn’t lock!!

Because this was a serious safety hazard and our child had already been injured, we did not feel safe staying in the room. We checked out and left the hotel that same evening without spending the night there. It was also disappointing that a manager was not available that evening to properly address the situation. We had to contact Expedia for assistance. Hotel furniture should be properly inspected and maintained, especially when a sharp object can cause injury to a guest. I hope the hotel takes this incident seriously and improves its room inspection and maintenance procedures so this does not happen to another family.
