Staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and affordable. Breakfast is standard fare.

Very clean property and room. Grandkids used indoor pool frequently. Very convenient location. Would book again.

My day was pretty great stayed for the holiday. The only thing I can say I did not like was how disgusting the indoor pool was. There was a whole layer of oil floating at the top when I tried to get in and I immediately got out to go shower because of how disgusting it was.

It was a pleasant stay. We would come back again.

This place (just east of Richmond) was a perfect spot for me. The staff was very pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The room was satisfactory. We appreciated the mini fridge, comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. The location was nice too, close to airport and major highways. We were disappointed with the water pressure in the shower, and weak wifi. I was planning to work from the room; however, ended up having to go to Starbucks so that I could get onto the VPN for my workplace (not possible with weak wifi). Wifi was fine for browsing online, online teams meetings, checking email online, but not connecting to our VPN (by Cisco).

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were great! The breakfast was great! Only complaint was the pool. Pool was not clean. Otherwise, great hotel!

They double charged my CC which had been prepaid through Hotels.com. They also charge for parking when they have tons of parking at a small hotel near an airport which is not mentioned by Hotels.com

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was great. I don't recall a hot tub, only a pool which was not available either night we stayed at the hotel.

This hotel is ok for 1 night while you need to stay close to the airport after a late arrival or for an early departure There is no restaurant in the hotel
