Old run down not up To Hampton standards.

The AC did not work. There was a constant clicking noise in the room. Difficult to sleep being hot and woken up with random noises. Then I got a call at 630am for a shuttle i didn't book.

The listing mentioned free parking but we were charged for parking during our stay.

Staff was welcoming, location was great, and rooms were very clean. The bed was horrible. My husband and I hardly slept because it was so hard. I even tried sleeping on top of the comforter to get some comfort. Because of this I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

The room was outdated and run down. Not my typical experience with a Hampton Inn. I was very disappointed.

The staff was all very friendly. It was very clean and the breakfast was good. The extra parking fee and deposit that was needed but not explained online.

A bit overpriced for what is offered, especially given it's an airport hotel. The rooms could use some updating, but they were relatively clean and the air conditioning was good. Front desk was helpful. One last thing but parking should be free, that is a bit ridiculous to charge $10 per day
