Studio 6 Richmond Airport

There wasn’t a microwave in my room though there was in the other room. The furnishings were bare minimum. Something was malfunctioning in the other room, staff seemed more annoyed than helpful. A random man appeared at the door saying he was pest control. No one called for pest control. No security nor friendly greeting when entering or leaving building. There were limited shops and restaurants nearby and richmond va proper has a 13.5% tax on restaurant food. That took us completely by surprise. There was an exercise room and one elevator.

We were there maybe an hour and checked out offer noticing the door had been tampered with, there was blood in the tub and on the door, and bed bugs in the bed.

Very well maintained. It was excellent for what we needed which was a night stay for our long road trip. Very welcoming for my dogs, quiet and comfortable.

I booked a king bed room and got put into a two full bed room because they said the fridge was broken in the room I booked. The room they put us in had holes in the wall and the floor was filthy, wouldn’t recommend.

Hotel was spotless and smelled so clean. We actually canceled from a horrible motel near by and glad we found this one.

Stayed here a few times since it opened and the property is going down quick. The sink in my room was sunk in and the pipe underneath leaked all the water out....Hopefully it was not reported previously.

Room was filthy, bedsheets were dirty, replaced them and woke up with two bites on my knee and wrist, was filth on the shower floor, under the sink had some sort of liquid dripping from it, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. terrible place to go if u get ur flight cancelled or have a layover DO NOT STAY HERE

My room was clean and quiet

Newly renovated, large roomss with new laminate floors. Only issue was the shower water was warm and not hot. Otherwise, great place to stay!!!

Close to the airport, so convenient Wrong reservation type of room, could not get it corrected due to overbooking and was not offered any alternative or compensation for the mistake.

Didn’t care for the dead roach in a drawer nor the live one crawling in the bathroom.

Friendly staff in the hotel is new and clean

Cabinets in room weren’t clean, towels in room weren’t clean. Hotel either didn’t have a generator or not one that worked. Power went out while I was in the elevators elevator feel from 5th and stopped abruptly with a loud boom on 2nd. I was stuck in the elevator in the dark for at least 5 minutes. Key to room didn’t work so I was going back downstairs to get a new key. When I let front desk staff know what happened there was no apology or concern. The next morning before I check out I attempted to take a shower but the water was cold, I waited a few minutes to make sure it didn’t need time heating up but it never did.
