The Washington Boutique Hotel

We also wanted to put the dishes in the dishwasher the night before we checked out, but the dishwasher did not power up. Other than that....it was a beautiful property and it made our Cedar Point trip that much better.

Location was amazing, honestly the only real good thing about the unit. Kitchen was nice too, had microwave, stove, fridge etc. Had a smart TV also so we could cast and watch our tv at night while winding down. There was no closet space or storage space in the unit at all, The bed was not a queen sized bed (felt more like a full) and it creaked a lot when we moved around. There were so many bugs in the unit, on the roof, and even in the patio we were supposed to use to exit to get to our vehicle. Should have some sort of net or something since the bugs are everywhere.

There was nothing that we did not like at the hotel.

Our room was lovely!! Beautifully restored woodwork and floors. Very large bedroom and bathroom that were beautifully simple and yet noticeably well planned in their design. The bed was so comfortable!! Slept like a baby - I did turn off the controls for heat and air conditioning when we arrived because it was too loud. Thankfully we didn’t need it! The kitchen was also very beautifully done with nice appliances and cabinets!! Quite functional! We enjoy historic properties that function well and the Washington is a wonderful home away from home. Noisy air conditioning Large waste basket in the bathroom should be replaced with a small more appropriate waste basket since the room is so nice!

Assigned room was in the basement. I could hear loud footsteps from guests in room right above.

Not much

It was a great experience the only small issue I had was whoever was in the unit above me was particularly loud early in the morning. But I would still highly recommend staying here. Really clean and super nice.

Toilet paper needed stocked.

Mosquitoes but it is near water.

Great spot and everything was set up good very nice place Stuff left in the refrigerator and long hair left in bathroom shower and had like no toilet paper

Location and facilities were great Total lack of response with a fire alarm going off all night long

Neat old house re purposed into hotel space. Just needed new shower heads and a towel/matt to put infront of the shower on the slick bathroom floor

Very clean and great location The entrance to the outside porch was closed with no handle which was understandable do to porch damage but that left no other way off the third floor if an emergency occurred

Nice area. Nice rooms and living room. Shower leaks terribly was a problem the whole time we were there also wish back door had curtains so anyone just can't look in.

The property was a perfect stay. It had plenty of room and was in a quiet area. It was close to the places we needed to be while in town. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean hassle free Fan load on furnace

Door connecting the downstairs units does not close. Anyone could just walk into the space.. Shower glass does not have a seal. Bathroom was covered in water after normal shower.

Quite, big space. I didn’t like that the balcony was broken and not usable, especially since I was really looking forward to it. The mattress also didn’t seem clean, and the TV remote wasn’t working. These issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Like that it was right on the lake People above us were extremely loud all night there was no wash cloths or body soap. The exit sign in bedroom made it impossible to sleep.
