Clean and price is right. Hotel staff are pleasant. Check in and check out are quick and easy.

Breakfast was great.

The room was clean and the staff were very kind. Breakfast had hot foods as well as cereal and yogurt options. Parking was free and the location was near a freeway for our trip. The keycards were a bit finicky. I brought my own reusable water bottle but the water fountain in the hall was grimy and the water in the gym was empty for half my stay.

The eggs were genuinely good not rubbery. Also loved the options and overall versatility of the breakfast. Would have preferred another meat protein option besides turkey sausage patties, like bacon

The staff after my check in was very nice and helpful and the cleaning staff amazing people When I first got there the lady had a bit of an attitude saying that they can’t see the reservation as a king bed due to booking only showing them standard and she said to show her and I did but she said that I have to call next time to make sure but I never had a problem in the past 5 times staying there.

We stayed for a week for a swim meet in Irvine. The hotel was very clean and organized. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel was quite busy with guests in the lobby and at breakfast. The pool frequently had no to few guests so it was quite relaxing. Many of the guests were visiting Disney or the same swim meet we attended. The best feature of this hotel besides this amazing palm trees is the location. We were 10 minutes from Irvine and the foothills and 15 minutes to Huntington Beach which we frequently visited in between swim sessions. The price of the hotel was extremely reasonable for its location. Some question the quality of the neighborhood but we felt it was safe and enjoyable. We even took a walk to the local In-n-Out (about 1.4 miles away) and it was perfectly fine. We would absolutely stay again as we saved money with this hotel to use for other fun ventures in sunny California!

This Holiday Inn Express & Suits has been a delight to stay at while still pretty excessive in its location. The breakfast was also a nice bonus. Would come back given the chance.

there are no coffee makers in the room. tey removed them. Check out was a pain as thre wasn't enought staff.

Our kids enjoyed the breakfast & we enjoyed the quietness!
