Holiday Inn Express & Suites Santa Ana - Orange County by IHG

I paid for the room through Engine and was charged an additional $250 that the clerk so far has been unable to credit back to me. Was told I had to come back after 11 o’clock in the morning when I will be at work. Was told that they would not call me if I left my name and phone number.

I liked the clean room and unlimited coffee in the lobby.

We requested the rooms to be cleaned & it took 2 days & various repeated requests to have them done. It was kind of disappointing, we had higher expectation from hotels such as Holiday Inn Express. We did love the complimentary breakfast & parking & 24 hours coffee/tea.

The breakfast was awesome!

It is an area that if you look like an easy victim you may well become one after dark. The motel itself was nice enough with a better than average breakfast…rooms were spacious and convenient and comfortable for our stay. We will likely stay there again due to the location and family members in the area….so a mixed bag of pros and cons. Keep your wits about you and eyes open and you should be fine.

Overall a decent experience. Had to wait about 30 minutes before my room was ready when checking in. Breakfast was great. Room was good. Parking was fine especially when getting there early.

Great hospitality from people at front desk, hotel was nice and clean, easy access to pool, and good breakfast! Comfortable beds and good pillows.

No cups at all in the rooms. Sink was so high and set so far back, I’m short and it was impossible to brush my teeth, especially with no cups! No security getting in or up the elevator.

Beds mattress was really old and very uncomfortable and pillows smelled bad.

Room was not clean even though we ask them to clean it because we stayed for 6 days Have to say staff members were very friendly and helpful

It was clean and it was really nice. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast!
