Hotel was in great shape. The staff was accommodating.

Breakfast was good There was no soap in the shower only shampoo and conditioner

Convenient location when visiting Irvine, large bathroom worked well for young kids Some parts were under construction but staff did their best to keep it out of the way

It’s like a pet hotel pets everywhere barking and making noise most of the night. Do not stay here if you can help it.

Parking was easy and location was convenient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. N/a

Everything was great all though it is noisy due to the air conditioning. Other then that a good stay!

Our room was clean, but the showerhead would not stop leaking and it was obvious they knew this before because the faucet had been turned so hard to stop it, we almost could not get it open again. In addition, the AC seemed to have a mind of its own. Rough night. Staff were very friendly and the location is great - just need some maintenance done.

I did not like the fact that there was a $15 parking charge if you wanted to park a car there. One car per room should be included in the room fee.

Staff was friendly, and dud explained the breakfast time and Check out time. When I arrived they asked what brings you in smiled and did there job felt they were approachable. The breakfast disgusting, my daughter has food allergies not many options for her. Oatmeal she spit tastes like water. The only option for fruit was slices of apples and then they put some bananas . The omelet was full some sort of tasty cheese. And they had sliced of ham . They did have waffles too many people wiaying for that. Some cereal but didnt see milk. Forks all gone . Good thing in this hotel there is a Starbucks next to it. Lighting in the restroom is light hard to put make up in low deem lights.

I specifically asked for an ADA approved room which they guaranteed and promised me over the phone even gave me the room and floor number but when checking in it was a totally different room and not ADA accessible for bathroom and shower so they lie bad.

Every good for stays some day enjoy vacation
