Fairfield Inn & Suites Tustin Orange County

Superb

The facility was well maintained and would definitely stay again.

Add honey for tea at breakfast

Friendly front desk staff, clean room, yummy bfast!

Parking was additional charge (will need to verify charges).

Exceptional

One elevator wasn’t working so it meant more time waiting for the one working. If on a schedule you needed to adjust your timing. But it wasnt a major problem

It was a great long weekend a bit disappointed at first because pool was closed and my kiddos wanted to get in the water but friendly staff suggested we access the pool at sister property while their pool was up & running so we did, pool was re-opened a couple hrs later and we enjoyed the stay very much!

Everything was fine

Breakfast ok w hot items. Staff quite friendly

Fast fun and friendly service

Room was clean, everyone was very pleasant. We only used the room to sleep. Breakfast items ran out quickly, and we wished there had been more choices. But overall, great stay.

Superb

Very helpful staff. Katie is great.

Parking was cheap and had available spaces thru out the night. Also laundry room was open 24hrs and also had quarters at the deck :)

A great place to stay! Ample parking, nice pool and jacuzzi with clean towels available at the pool entrance, clean rooms and super friendly staff. I would highly recommend this location. Extra bonus was the laundry facility available for guests (quarters available at the front desk).

The hallways and the dining area was extremely hot!! One day the thermostat was over 85 degrees. Outside was over 100 so it was intense 😳 but the staff and property was amazing besides this.

No Air conditioner in the hallways, elevators and even the check in / breakfast area . It was a hot weekend and unless you were in your room it was uncomfortable

Friendly staff, Katie was such a delight when checking us in. The breakfast was really good, very clean rooms and such easy parking. Will be staying here again.

The overall hotel experience was good. The breakfast menu was average the coffee bar needs some more selections of flavored coffee creamers. The hotel only offers sugars and half and half, 2% milk and sometimes oat milk.
