The kitchenette and pets welcome They were no vending machines for drinks or snacks

Helpful staff

Hotel itself was poorly kept, with the mat in the elevator that appeared to have not been vacuumed for a long time, an example. Had to leave the hotel due to a respiratory condition and sensitivity to mold/mildew. No other rooms available. Currently awaiting refund.

It had a weird smell everything was outdated

We were never checked in since they do not take cars as your site said they did and so did theirs

The staff is rude, I lost my iPhone charger in the room , the front seat didn’t help to get it and told me they were not responsible after I checked out

Room has a strong cigarette odor, found cockroaches during our stay. Unfortunately management stated this is an ongoing issue and there is nothing that could be done.

The building outside was very nice. But our room was not to nice, the towel holder was falling apart, the shower air vent was too noisy, the room had a bad smell.

Staff were so kind and helpful. Amenities were great, especially the gym! Room was clean and well maintained. Only issue was deadbolt was broken and I just had to rely on the door swing bar but wasn’t a big issue. Would 100% stay here again!

Great location and good price Staff could be more accommodating . Their website states different check-in and check out times than what they claimed it to be in person and they wouldn’t budge even for a half an hour

We've stayed at this location numerous times and has always been a pleasurable experience. will explain in the next section. when we arrived the room temperature was set at 66. The room was very cold and damp. Damp to the point that the bedding felt wet. We were both too tired and exhaused and we just toughed it out. other than that the rest of the stay was ok.
