Motel 6 Irvine - Orange County Airport

It's a good location, but definitely room for improvement.Most bathrooms have mold, cracked, and you can definitely notice water issues or leaks inside such as the wall.ls,etc.

The staff at the front desk was amazing, and very helpful. I can't say that about the housekeeping staff they were rude, they all ignored me and there is one housekeeper that would turn the other way when she seen me coming.

There were bugs and a lot of stains everywhere. The only good thing I can say is that the person at the front desk was helpful in getting us out of our stay.

Room don't get clean unless you sign up in the front desk. Towel don't get replace until you go exchange them in the lobby and are pretty worn out and rough. Curtains have hole and allows a lot of sunlight. Beds are old and you can feel the springs. Toilets and bath tubs are dirty.

You get what you pay for.

The entrance door to our room was warped and very hard to open, we even got new keys because we thought they weren't working. The door to the bathroom was also warped and could not be closed all the way. The walls and doors looked grimy and the security doors were not active in the building we we stayed in. Anybody could have access to the hallways. The worst thing was the bed, it was very worn down,unsupportive, and uncomfortable. Would never stay here again.

This is a very dog friendly motel. It has a lot of open space/grass to walk your dogs along with numerous waist stations. I’ve never had any issues with the air-conditioning/heater. The rooms are always clean and staff are very attentive to any extra requests you might have.

I've stayed there a lot but this time it was a mess... There was nothing l liked about my stay First they charged my credit card right after I booked the rooms, I did not authorize them to do that. Then the room was a mess, it smelled and the bathroom had hair in the tub.

I only spoke to a few staff members, and they were nice. One of the ladies from housekeeping was very friendly but I don't know her name! The location of the hotel was great, very close to many shopping centers and restaurants. I also enjoyed the self-check in kiosk. The room was dirty. There were red fingerprints on the walls, paint was chipping all over the place. The bathtub needs to be resurfaced badly because it was dirty and chipping as well. The toilet was clogged our entire stay. We asked to use a plunger and front desk informed us that there was "only 1 for the entire property and to please bring it back", which I found really gross. There were spiderwebs and dust which I didn't mind too much, but I worked in housekeeping before so my standards are biased. I found a sticker that is placed on you at hospitals when they are about to give you an EKG, which is very unsanitary. The pool was green so we didn't even bother jumping in.

Poorly maintained property overrun by homeless drug addicts that pound on your door in the middle of the night and demand you let them in. Staff was not helpful. The beds should have been trashed a decade ago. The AC unit did not cool down anything. Make sure you bring shoes to wear in the shower and an air mattress if you have to stay here. I can not believe they were able to charge as much as they did. Terrible place.

The only positive is that I saw security pretty regularly otherwise the property is not being kept well maintained And both doors to building C were left open so that anyone could walk in The clerk at the front desk should not be in a customer service position

I checked in and out in 10 minutes. This was the worst motel I have ever seen. No a/c, bugs everywhere, halls smelled terrible, and the mattress was wet.
