Residence Inn Tustin Orange County

Exceptional

Check in was a breeze! Staff was most helpful and kind! A good breakfast assortment. Clean and spacious room. Would definitely book again!

everything expensive parking

The rooms were clean. Although the rooms were cleaned, there was a prevalent smell of fish that lasted all night from the previous party before me.

The lady at the front desk went since and bring to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The location was great. Love the restaurants and Starbucks next store. Our place was clean and the breakfast was great. Nothing

We came to Costa Mesa area for a trade show and needed a place we could bring our dogs. This place was great and there were a ton of dogs who were also well behaved.

This place is consistently the cleanest Residence Inn I've been to and will gladly return. Kudos to housekeeping staff.

I enjoyed my 2 day stay and I Would recommend this hotel to others when in OC area.

Exceptional

If i had to be picky about stuff it would be the parking fee is disappointing. Like another extra cost that sneaks up on you. And another super picky thing would be that there’s no where to hang towels… if you have 4 people in the room you end up with a difficult towel management problem. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Thank you to the kind staff at the breakfast area and the lovely people at the front desk.

All the housekeeping and front office staff at this hotel are stellar and make a guest's experience a memorable one. Many thanks and we look forward to our opportunity to stay at this well-run, super clean and comfortable property. Great job Residence Inn Tustin!

Absolutely outstanding experience. I've already booked another stay for my next trip to SoCal.

I did not get to do breakfast due to the time of availability. I am disabled, and due to traveling with my pet and my doctors appt. I was unable to attend. The bed was uncomfortable. The lighting was awkward, and the tv services was unavailable unless I held my own subscriptions.

We had a kitchen area but there wasn’t even salt or paper…

Very clean quiet room. Exactly what i was looking for.

It is clean and quiet, perfect for work trips.

We were there for a swim meet and it was very helpful to be able to cook meals in the room. The breakfast they served was perfect for our crew. Waffles, eggs and toast. Close to Wollett pool for drop off and watching. I would highly recommend staying there.

The free breakfast was better than average and they did not run out of items.

Staff was great. Always had quarters of available to do laundry, clean and very accommodating for all needs.

Clean and spacious suite! Clean and conveniently close to the beach. I didn't need to go to Starbucks because their breakfast coffee bar had cold brew, syrups and creamers! My kid played basketball as I enjoyed the sun. Great for families.
