I just needed a room without a lot of amenities - place was perfect for me. Super cute rooms and building and very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I plan to stay here again!

I could not turn on any lights or any electrical items like the fridge or microwave. It took me a while to realize that a small switch at the door turned on the entire electricity in the room. A note would have been helpful.

I like the set up. Perfect for Santa Fe. Has a retro vibe with a southwestern and artsy esthetic. The local magazines and maps left on the office desk were a special touch.

This is a lovely and quaint old motel right on Cerrillos, so the location is great. The outside of the motel is beautifully painted and very sweet. The interior was dark and would be beautiful if more care had been taken with painting and decorating. I realize the renovation is done on a budget: the furnishings are quirky, but functional. I read the reviews about unsafe features outside, but I did not experience any of that. It was an acceptable place to stay & good breakfast place almost next door (the Pantry). I come to Santa Fe frequently & this place is convenient and the price is right. I will probably stay here again.

This a modest, but well maintained motel. The room was small but clean. The room has a very loud window air conditioner, which helped mask noise from the street. Fortunately, I had earplugs. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very good experience! Everything clean and efficient. Two notes: I had to call three times to receive the instructions for self-checkin; the cabins are near the road, so you can hear cara speeding up

Nice, helpful staff

The owners were very nice, but the internet was not reliable some days, so I could not video conference. The television’s remote was not configured to the tv, which the owners indicated a willingness to fix.

What a blast from the past and a real treat to stay there!

Very poor internet, TV did not operate correctly, very noisy A/C, poor location.

Very clean room No WiFi or TV

Great price, lovely people running their own business and extremely clean. The location is very convenient to most things and you can walk to a great breakfast place right down the street, a popular local spot called, The Pantry. This classic Adobe style motel is very neat and pretty. You can park at your door.

Best value in Santa Fe! The room was clean, no bugs, no odors. The owners are on site, very friendly and welcoming, taking care of the facility and upgrading. This is a depression era, Route 66 Motel with the charm from that era. We stayed in the room with the queen bed, it was small and basic accommodations. We will be back!

Very clean!! Good service! Needs more electrical outlets/ charging station.

Clean and safe but not comfortable or restful. The bed was lumpy and the AC system was difficult. The thermostat didn't seem to work so we kept it on cool. It blew frigid air on my face while trying to sleep. The traffic noise was very loud till around midnight. Then other guests were sitting outside talking till after 2am. The shower not only had low pressure, but dripped all night long. It is a charming old property but better mattresses and instructions on AC would be a long way. The owners seem hard to contact as they are behind locked doors and behind glass. A way to call them late in the night would have been helpful. Would not stay there again.

The exterior paint scheme No facilities, only a room that was dark and old. The price was twice that of the place down the street, which offered facilities, free Old Town shuttle, free delicious breakfast, for half the price of this motel. Reviews did not reflect reality.

I was only there for less than an hour and asked for a refund and was told I needed to go through Expedia for a refund. Expedia said it was up to the Motel owner and they declined. my request Cute place. No wifi. Terrible service.

We drove in the parking lot and could see it was a dump. There was a strange group of people in the parking lot which concerned me especially since I was traveling with my wife. I did not feel safe there with her. Called and tried to cancel and the person I talked to was belligerent and wouldn’t allow me to cancel and said I would be charged anyway. I believe the property was misrepresented in the ads on booking com. I requested a refund from customer service. See above
