The owners were very nice, but the internet was not reliable some days, so I could not video conference. The television’s remote was not configured to the tv, which the owners indicated a willingness to fix.

What a blast from the past and a real treat to stay there!

Best value in Santa Fe! The room was clean, no bugs, no odors. The owners are on site, very friendly and welcoming, taking care of the facility and upgrading. This is a depression era, Route 66 Motel with the charm from that era. We stayed in the room with the queen bed, it was small and basic accommodations. We will be back!

Super cute and cozy stay

Clean and safe but not comfortable or restful. The bed was lumpy and the AC system was difficult. The thermostat didn't seem to work so we kept it on cool. It blew frigid air on my face while trying to sleep. The traffic noise was very loud till around midnight. Then other guests were sitting outside talking till after 2am. The shower not only had low pressure, but dripped all night long. It is a charming old property but better mattresses and instructions on AC would be a long way. The owners seem hard to contact as they are behind locked doors and behind glass. A way to call them late in the night would have been helpful. Would not stay there again.

I was only there for less than an hour and asked for a refund and was told I needed to go through Expedia for a refund. Expedia said it was up to the Motel owner and they declined. my request Cute place. No wifi. Terrible service.

It’s so cute and southwestern, great location Lack of outlets

The room was very clean. The location was very convenient to get to any location in the city. The Manager and wife were very nice and helpful; Can't think of any dislikes.
-
It was a comfortable stay, nothing fancy but the people running the place were so very nice and accommodating. I will return.

I like that all rooms are on ground floor with easy access to load my mtn bike. Parked right at my door. Also walking distance to some good restaurants. Tub faucet didn't turn off all the way but that's minor. I am still coming back every time in Santa Fe.

We loved the retro 50s vibe. The motel was very well maintained and the room was comfortable and clean. We thought that maybe being on the main drag that it would be noisy but was very quiet in our room. The price was reasonable. We did not have anything negative to say.

The hotel didn't allow dogs.

Helpful and friendly staff. Very quaint and clean.
-
Its availability and price. Check in was quick and easy. The inability to change payment form (card) at check-in. The tube appeared stained/scratched/old.
-
Only caveat— the WiFi was a mixed bag. It works, but not strongest signal.
-
Cutely decorated, easy location with parking. Clean and everything one needs for a night stay. Nothing. Was as expected.

Simple, peaceful, uncomplicated, helpful owner and very clean room.

I drove in at night and the area is flat out scary at night. The street is poorly lit, which is never good for crime rates. There were homeless people at the bus stop. There was someone, who might have been homeless, tweaking out on some substance walking in front of the property feet from me as I went inside to register. There is no barrier between the street and the parking lot. Anyone can walk from the street into the parking lot. One small corner of the parking lot is extremely well lit, but the other parts are very dimly lit, or not lit at all. I was driving a new 50k car. I did not want to leave it there overnight. The other massive negative was the mattress. It was a spring mattress which was completely worn out. There was literally no back support. There was little cushioning between you and the bed springs. I had to drive 11 hours the next day. I know I was going to wake up with a completely sore back. If the mattress does not support your back, your body has to. The bed was unacceptable. There were some positives. The room was small, but I found it charming in appearance. The color scheme was nice and it looked very clean. The bathroom looked like it was from the 70's, but it was clean. I didn't use it, but I kind of liked it. It had some charm.
