The night time staff was completely rude and disrespectful towards me when I believed I had grabbed an old motel room key instead of the correct one for that day. The room was completely stained and gross with whatever the previous renter had splattered around the entire room. From the shower to the sink all the way to the front door even. One of the maids were completely disrespectful and snobby while I was trying to tell her I was extending my stay the 1st day. Gave me the side eye and mean glares for trying to get her attention after she banged on my door and then proceeded to just walk away and down 4-5 rooms without allowing me to get to the door to answer her 45 mins before it was check out. Do not recommend. The people just walking and roaming around the motels property’s were far far more polite and kind than any of the staff at this motel. One maid was always very kind the others beyond rude and disrespectful towards renters. NEED NEW STAFF AND KINDER EMPLOYEES!!

Tons of homeless people hanging outside the motel. Had to ask them to move to use the staircase to get to my room. They played music on thsir boombox and hit on the outer walls of the building by my room all night. Pretty sketchy scene. Also watch your cars! Many people out there scoping vehicles. Room was clean-ish and old. Sheets seemed washed but stained. Told the staff about my encounter while staying on the property upon check-in and check-out. Staff said police have been notified several times, but never do anything. Overall, it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't good either. Stay at your own risk.

Pet friendly clean room, air conditioning, staff knowledgeable

There was a swat situation, our 1 room filthy, fire extinguisher have no inspection date or signatures. Railing on send floor falling apart

The room smelled like dirty feet and bleach, but otherwise was pleasant enough.

Don’t stay here, there are homeless people and drug addicts all around the property. I checked in for about an hour and checked right back out. There was no refund because I already checked in. I wasted my money on this hotel, and it was worth it to me to find a safer place to stay. That’s how bad it was.

The staff was great. I don’t believe it’s a good place for young children with all the activity that goes on day and night.

Clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good location near Walmart, freeway. Newer TV. We really needed a fridge and they found one for us. Free dog policy appreciated as we were on an extended road trip with our dogs. TV kept cutting out. Location was OK during day but homeless, drugged out folks loitering on street after dark. Small room.

Was quite noisy and to many people hanging around at all times of the night. And need personal coffee pots in the rooms so you don’t have to wait for the office to open to get it

Ac wasn't the greatest. On second day we had to have keys reprogrammed

The front desk receptionist was so nice ,she made us feel very welcome

Enjoyed our stay for the 10 days there during our Mother's passing. The staff is exceptional.

comfortable, clean room While the hotel itself was very nice and clean, the surrounding parking lot was NOT. I'm not usually bothered by a "shady" type street person around a facility .... but this one had way more than it's share. I was worried all night my car would be broken into, but thankfully it was not. It's a shame a nice motel has to deal with people ruining the whole experience.

For one night I have no complaints. Pretty basic for the price but the sheets and towels were fresh, the room clean and the shower strong. Very welcoming to pets and we all had them. Every once in a while, the dogs would have an impromptu staff meeting. None kept us up at night. Walls are thin but again, not moving in. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

I reserved the wrong date. The staff helped me. They were really understanding and good. Nice clean room. Would stay there again

The room was very clean and NO EVIDENCE OF PREVIOUS GUEST, no hair and room was felt fresh :) The headboard was shorting but that didn’t bother me much. The overall room was great!
